Went to get paint and needed help which was brilliantly given by Pam and Tracy...got exactly what I wanted and took quite a while..but they gave good advice and were both extremely friendly and helpful . Ready to decorate!

Terrible service
Terrible service. Booked a design consultant visit from Beverley store. No sooner booked than i get a call to change the appointment time, left on my VM. I called back, she was not at the store. I left a message to speak with her as was told she would be in over the weekend. No call back. The day of the visit I am given a choice of an earlier appoinment of rebook. I couldnt make the earlier time so left a message to rebook. No response or call back. I was looking at a Bathroom and Kitchen review so no small amount of money. Disgusted
