Wickes - Coventry Avis 

Received my order today, timber very damp and two pieces are damaged,
I rang Coventry wickes ,I was put through to a very obstructive chap telling me that it had rained and that is why my wood was wet , couldn't tell me when it did rain because he is not a weatherman, then told me that a collection and delivery could not be done because it had gone past 12.00 midday, I live 45 minutes away. The new delivery will now be tomorrow but as I was about to ask for an early time am he slammed the phone down on me.
This is not the customer care I am used to and he certainly needs to go back to charm school.
Very satisfied with the Rugby branch but they could not supply my needs this time, I even asked for an extra length of timer to be thrown in as an inconvenience to me was caused

Jade was very helpful and provided excellent service at home and in store visit. She really helped my husband and I put a vision together for our bathrooms. Jade is an asset to the team, great designer!

Jade, our designer, was really informative and accommodating, made sure we understood key steps of the process and regularly checked in with us regarding the kitchen we purchased.

We thought the kitchen was great value for both the product and installation and all issues raised during the process (only
minor for missing items or ones requiring exchange) were handled quickly and with professionalism.

Our kitchen was fitted through Kenan’s Kitchens and they were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us even during some more stressful moments caused by the delivery.

Would recommend both highly and will be considering Wickes again for future renovations for our bathroom etc

We’d just bought a house and was in dire need of a new bathroom as we were struggling with the small amount of space we had. We had shopped around but didn’t think none was able to fulfil our needs. One afternoon Jade was able to squeeze us in and we managed to come up with an amazing design there and then.

Communication was great throughout and she was very prompt to reply to any questions we had regarding our fitting.

The builders allocated to the job were fantastic and got the job done within 4 days. Not a single issue either.

my brand new kitchen has been left with wires exposed 15 points on a snagging list... builders language was a disgrace in front of my children. lack of communication from wickes, paid for a kitchen in full with fitting to be left with an unusable kitchen no one taking accountability and to top it off i have a special needs child that could easily get electrocuted or anyone could if they used the sockets. do not buy a kitchen from here trading standard and obusmen is involved

I contacted Coventry Wickes as I was in need of items for a school project. Craig at the store was incredibly helpful and went out of his way by visiting other stores to get everything we needed. His kind generosity with this donation and help in gathering the items we needed has really helped the children at our school and we are very grateful - Thank you.

Regan the operations manager was so helpful. His customer services skills are exemplary. We couldn’t ask for a better service.

I contacted the Coventry store regarding a donation through their community project. I explained that I wanted to upgrade an outdoor area at my school. Craig, the store manager was so helpful with this. I chose the items that I needed and he made sure that they were available for when I needed them.
Throughout the process, Craig has been efficient and eager to help.

After meticulous research, extensive visits to kitchen showrooms, and apprehension about the potential disruption, I made an informed decision to purchase a Wickes kitchen from the Coventry store. The outcome has surpassed my expectations.
The kitchen, expertly designed by Rosey McLean, exudes beauty and functionality. Her product knowledge and unwavering dedication to achieving perfection were evident throughout the process. Her ability to address my inquiries with ease and professionalism was commendable.
The installation was carried out to perfection by Kenan and Mo. Their exceptional skills and meticulous attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the work. Kenan kept me informed of each step of the process and coordinated all the necessary parties, including the electrician and PWS, who installed the Quartz worktops to a beautiful standard. The quality of the worktop was stunning . Andy and his colleague were equally perfectionists in their execution.
The entire experience was seamless, from Rosey’s creative design and enthusiasm to Kenan and Mo’s exceptional skills and high-quality workmanship.
If you are considering installing a kitchen, I highly recommend Wickes Coventry and strongly suggest hiring Kenan and Mo for the installation. The results will be exceptional and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience visiting Wickes and choosing a new kitchen. The design consultant was professional and very patient as we planned out the new look to the kitchen. Offered helpful advice and felt under no pressure at all to purchase the kitchen, but why wouldn't you buy such quality units and design. Very helpful staff throughout the whole experience. I have recently brought a kitchen and the process had been super simple throughout.

Our kitchen designer Ruth has been key in this process and helped us design the kitchen we wanted and took time to answer each question we had.
