Wickes - Dundee Avis 

Awful company. Measured my kitchen incorrectly, assured verbally it would be rectified before installation day. It was not and they fought me every step of the way when I pleaded they correct their error. This resulted in them blocking access to the stopcock, the sink being fitted too close to an adjacent wall rendering it inaccessible and losing valuable worktop space. Customer service do not fully record their calls (just take notes) so my concerns were not recorded. Which meant my complaint to the FHIO (although they stated they did believe the conversations took place and Wickes were in the wrong) could not be upheld as there was no proof. Do not use this company for anything. If you have to, record everything yourself or get every detail however insignificant in writing.

Dundee store is great for all sorts building materials, 10% discount for trade is good, Always a happy face from Caitlin and staff on the tills, even at 7AM

Dealt with Caitlin. Never been to this store before so didn't know where to look but Caitlin told us straightaway which aisle to go to and was spot on. Very friendly and polite. Will definitely use this store again.

I use wickes dundee regularly as a tradesman have done for years all the staff are great but the one that stands out to me most is Janet she is always really helpful and always chatty and happy in her work great member of staff

I popped into Wicks Dundee this morning & was attended to by Caitlin a member of staff. She gave me directions to the isle I needed to find my goods, thereafter concluding my sale. 10 out of 10 Caitlin. I must add I always find all the Staff very helpful.

so you can get back to your Vehicle and get on with the rest of the day
Michelle is very knowledge on the trade paints and sundries which is helpful to me and Caitlian always makes sure I get my 10per cent discount all in all I can't knock it I

Thank you Wickes for responding to my last gratitude posting.
Being a frequent customer to your store, could I make a suggestion that would benefit many customers ?
Many times, customers purchase items that are larger then can be fitted "as purchased" into their vehicles, and do not wish to organise delivery of single small loads?
It would therefore be a great assistance, if there was a possibility to install outside a small bench or rack frame that customers could use to place their items on to allow safer, cutting to size, actions , instead of battling in trying to use trolleys as supports ?
Just a suggestion ?

Excellent design ideas and options put forward by Jon resulting in us reaching a solution that we are very happy with. Just waiting now on the installation :)

Any time when I do shopping in Wickes and see Janet on the check out I'm happy and my 5 yo daughter as well. Always keen to a wee chat and helpful.

Our original kitchen had been from Wickes and it had been excellent so we had no hesitation in going back when it was time to upgrade. Jon has helped us throughout, has been patient, professional and very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend him to anyone considering a new kitchen.

I was most impressed by Jon, the design consultant who helped design my bathroom renovation. He was friendly knowledgable and patient. He understood and enhanced my original ideas ending up with a design I am very happy with. I look forward to working with the rest of the Wickes team on the delivery and installation phase.
