Visited Wickes for assistance with new kitchen design. Jon talked us through our options and visited our home for measurements. His kitchen design was fabulous and nothing like we could have designed ourselves. Looking forward to delivery and installation. Highly recommend the kitchen design service and Jon!

I don’t like to hang about I entered the store spoke to Caitlin who directed me to the correct shelf, only 1 tin on display. Caitlin went and got a second from the back store, no fuss just professional.

immediately by Ashley Devery and carried out by contractors to a satisfactory condition , everything reported back to Ashley who made sure I was happy with progress .

Our purchase of a bathroom with Wickes was straight forward and an enjoyable experience thanks to Jon. He was very accommodating and listened to all that we had to say, also making suggestions to help us. We are now super excited for our installation to begin! Thanks again Jon!

Visited Wickes to look at kitchens. Jon was there to help and answer any questions. He explained about all the different prices for worktops etc without being pushy. He then came out to the house at our request to measure up and help us design our new kitchen. He was very patient with us while explaining all the various payment options.

Jon was very helpful and good and listening to my preferences and the needs I had for the kitchen design. He was very helpful and it was useful to do the design in store where many examples of worktops etc were available.

unpleasant! i called the store to ask if they had what i needed in stock, the man on the phone said yes i do just pop in. I went in and assumed he would of put my item behind the desk however when i explained i phoned for some paint i was told while giggling “well go and get it then” He didn’t tell me where to look in the massive shop so i wondered around and found the section i needed but the paint i had asked for wasn’t there. I then went back and told him i couldn’t see it and he told me that it was definitely there so he radioed his colleague instead of helping me himself and told her to help me (the lady who helped me was lovely) she then looked for my paint and said i don’t think we have it , she then checked the back and explained to me it was out of stock. on my way out there was no apology or goodbye from the man who served me !
