Hi, I had the most wonderful experience at wicks this time the young lady MS Scarlet was so helpful she sorted my order helped me choose what I needed because I was so confused, she is a gem lovely young lady very very helpful, thank you Scarlet hope I see you there on my next trip to wicks because people like her are what is needed at places like this makes such a difference, thanks again

Great experience from the Hall Green store. Chris the delivery manager was very helpful he sorted my collection out very quickly and was friendly and efficient. I order things regularly from this store, the staff are always helpful.

Sarunjer was really great in helping us lock in some fantastic discounts and deals back in July. Also, offering expert advice on picking the perfect colour choices. We went with reed green units with a wood laminate worktop.

Ash was incredible—he finalized our kitchen design in under 30 minutes and got everything sorted for delivery smoothly. He really took our initial idea and transformed it, making the kitchen far more symmetrical, stylish, and space-efficient!!

I’ve had a really good experience with Ash while sorting out my kitchen and bathroom design. I went in twice over the past couple of weeks, and each time he was absolutely brilliant. His service was efficient, he listened properly, and he was thoughtful and understanding throughout. It’s rare to find someone who makes the whole process feel easy, but Ash genuinely did. Would definitely recommend him.

Wickes use external fitters and,should any problems arise, will deny all responsibility because it's not Wickes issue. If it's not specified exactly on the order form, (i.e reconnecting a dishwasher) which leaked for several weeks, Wickes denied all responsibility although it was their fitter who carried out the work. Would never approach Wickes again and, luckily, their local branch will soon be taken over by Lidl. Happy days

Sukie at Hall Green store was very helpful and helped me locate things around the store - even carried my paint tin when I got more things. He took interest in my DIY project and design preferences to help with products. Recommend this store.

I was buying roofing materials and Aruna on the till pointed out that the screw and cap sets were on offer close to the till. Her doing this saved me over £7. I thought this was excellent customer service as she could easily have just processed my order and I would have been none the wiser. Thank you Aruna.

Ordered a new kitchen from Wickes - great design service from Ash - very helpful in directing what would fit in the space and how to optimise all areas of tbe kitchen, initial design session was very good - but had to make some big descisions initially, but was was able to change and amend afterwards - home visits from the designer (Ash) and installer (Patrick) were excellent spent plenty of time ensuring design would fit and be suitable. Delivery was straightforward on time and all present - and installation has been superb - exceptional quality and attention to detail - long days but an excellent outcome. Would definitely recommend - A very high quality kitchen installed superbly - thanks

Hi. I went into the store on my own needed 4 pieces of long decking. I took it to the till it was coming up as £8.00. I Spoke to Steve at the till where I picked it up from was showing £7.00 a peice. Steve went out his way to check the price where I picked it up from was very helpful and Spoke to Manager and gave me the price adjusted to £7.00. I found Steve to be very helpful in loading car with the Decking as I was on my own. He made sure he loaded my car Carefully as not to scratch anything. Took his time did not rush me. .I felt so overwhelmed by his service I felt I must write a review. His a Asset to Wickes. 22nd July Scarlet helped me with mixer paint. There was a problem getting the right shade to match my tester pot but Scarlet pulled out all the stops and got me what I wanted. She was very friendly and patient and a credit to wickes. Thank you Scarlet.

Visited Wickes in Hall Green twice in two days to get some paint mixed and Eva served me on both days. She was really friendly and very efficient, taking care to ensure I got exactly what I needed and even offering a discount based on damage goods. Exceptional service, thank you Eva!
