Brian at Woking branch went above and beyond to help me find what I needed for a project! Such a lovely and helpful man. A credit to the store!

Great service in the showroom from all. Shop is easy to find things and always tidy.

A great young man called Selorm, came to my rescue today. I needed a heavy bag of grout, which he took from the shelf and carried out to the car foe me.
Great service, and with a smile!

Our experience with the kitchen planning service at Wickes Woking has been amazing. From the booking of the first appointment followed by a few follow up visits as we polished the design our designer, Nick Hedges, could not have been more helpful.
We would thoroughly recommend the kitchen planning service at this store.

I’ve been dealing with Ken Scudder on a particular project and he’s been very helpful and accommodating throughout the project and I would would definitely recommend him and the wickes team to friends and colleagues.

The manager I met at first, Jamie, was incredibly helpful. I then had the please to interact with the store manager, James, and the operations manager, Paul. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

We were looking for conservatory information and advice and Paul in the Woking branch was super helpful; he gave us his opinion and answered all the questions we had with ease and experience. We managed to also pick up all the items we were looking for that day with everything in stock.

Visited earlier this week looking for a particular light bulb. Mathew walked by me, stopped and asked if he could help. He was so helpful and polite and even tho they didn't have that particular bulb suggested where I might get one. It's nice to be in a shop that doesn't ignore you and a person puts themselves out to help you

Having my home refreshed and a sudden availability of a decorator, not to mention the pressure of a swift decision on my paint choice got me overwhelmed to say the least, and on top of that all the choice of colours. To my delight a Jamie at Wickes Woking was my superhero, patient, listened to my reasoning, did not hurry me though I went back and forth. I arrived confused and left content with a smile.
