Chaco Sandals
I have worn Chaco Sandals for more than 10 years. Buying on line was the only way to purchase from an Australian supplier. I am based in Melbourne. Excellent and simple service and delivery.
The sandals themselves are comfortable as expected. My previous pair had a single adjustable strap that was continuous with the ankle closure which meant I could fully adjust how the sandal fitted my foot and with how much tension. This pair has thin double straps across the foot which is then sewn onto the single strap before the ankle closure. This creates 2 separate points of adjustment. As a result the sandal is a bit loose on my foot. I can walk for long distances on stable surfaces but not sure how I will go in wet or unstable situations. I am still happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience at Wild Earth Gold Coast and wanted to give a special shout-out to Jake. His product knowledge was outstanding and he genuinely took the time to understand what I actually needed, not just what I thought I needed.
It never felt rushed or sales-driven — Jake really cared and made sure I walked away with the right gear and the right advice. You could tell he was looking out for me, not just making a sale.

Delivery is slow
The products were cheaper than elsewhere when I bought from here and the customer service wasn't terrible. I've had much better customer service from outdoor shops, who were much better at problem solving issues and didn't use cheap and unreliable delivery services.
Wild Earth will make you pay for postage even when you spend more than their minimum for free delivery if you choose not to use Aramex for delivery. Aramex is the worse delivery service and incredibly slow and unreliable.
My recommendation is for Wild Earth to offer free delivery with any other delivery service other than Aramex. This would greatly improve the likelihood I'd shop here again. I'd rather pay an extra couple of dollars for an item and have it arrive on time, to the correct address, undamaged.

Wild earth customer service
I ordered online on a weekend but accidentally ordered the wrong sized backpack for my son’s birthday . I emailed and they replied quickly and changed the size before sending it. Once I got it I discovered that my son’s girlfriend had ordered the same backpack as a present for my son from wild earth as well. I was able to return it easily and cheaply by purchasing their return label. The customer service was amazing.
