First time using the website

Stethoscope Arrived Without Engraving
I ordered a cardiology stethoscope with engraving, but when it arrived the engraving was completely missing.
I contacted customer service by email and received no response. After chasing this up, I was told DHL would collect the stethoscope from my home so it could be returned and engraved correctly. Unfortunately, DHL failed to collect it on two separate occasions.
This has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the cost of the product and the poor communication throughout. I now have to pay out of pocket to have the stethoscope engraved elsewhere.
Very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected.

No aftercare
Good prices however the equipment turned up broken and we have been left to sort it ourselves with the manufacturer. Not great for brand new equipment

They do deliver, you just have to be patient
Bought a Coaguchek power supply on the 15th of March 2026 and got delivered on 4th of April 2026.
