It’s taken me a couple of weeks to write my review, but I couldn’t be happier! The customer service was brilliant – the staff were professional, friendly, and really helpful when it came to choosing my new Dewsbury wardrobes. They were delivered and installed with no fuss, and I absolutely love them. The price was definitely cheaper than flat-pack, and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service and decent furniture. We have a pine chest of drawers from Woodlands Furniture and cant fault it. Much better quality than alternatives at the price. Arrangements for delivery and order confirmation all very professional and the delivery team good humoured even after all the stairs to our flat.

Would highly recommend this company their service is phenomenal. From order date to delivery was exactly 3 weeks! David and Shammy are a credit to this business. Very professional and thorough. The phonecalls to confirm the exact order down to the small details was very good. We love the bedroom furniture.... Quality very good and finishes beautiful. The delivery and placement was excellent too.

Furniture great quality. Kept updated with order, deliver times. Communication from this company is excellent. I’m really pleased. The only niggle I had was delivery price. Didn’t state on website that charges were for per item and not per order. That aside though, I’d fully recommend. Really helpful company.

Received 2 wardrobes and Chester draws yesterday fab quality, excellent service from order to delivery brilliant communication and boys that delivered were exemplary would definitely be buying again ☺️

Pleased with the quality of the wardrobe and dressing table we purchased, good value for the price and service was excellent.
Only criticism is it needed longer for the wax to dry as we got marks on our brand new carpet. Luckily we eventually managed to remove the stain.

The quality and finish of the wardrobe is fantastic. The colour match was perfect.
I opted for the delivery and put together option. This was brilliant. Done very diligently.
The only criticism is that the chemical smell from the paint was very strong for a few days, but after that it was fine.

Ordered two bedside tables from company , excellent quality and great service

Great care during delivery, friendly and polite. Most of all was the tall bookcase in pale blue, love it, I'm saving up to have the wardrobe, bookshelf and dressing table in green next year, can't wait, thankyou.

I'm very pleased with the wardrobes I ordered. Very well made and good value. They phoned me up after I placed the online order and went through all the options. Kept me updated on delivery. The delivery team were helpful. All in all I would definitely recommend buying a wardrobe or bedroom furniture of them.

After a lot of online and in store furniture shopping we finally found a couple of wardrobes at an affordable price. Woodlands Furniture has an online shop and a small showroom in West Yorkshire. We visited the showroom just to see some of the options which means you can customise colour, build and finishings which also means you get exactly what you want. The company have been very helpful with great communication between ordering and delivery. The delivery itself went extremely smoothly and two wardrobes were unpacked and built within 30 minutes. Will certainly use this company again.

Totally impressed with the level of customer service throughout the process, the quality of the furniture is exceptional, I would not hesitate to recommend Woodlands furniture.

The communication was excellent, I had a number of calls to give me updates, and the product was well made and good value for the price. Based on my experience I think they are a good honest company working hard within a competitive market place.
