Woodlandsfurniture Avis 

Visited the Batley production unit mid January and worked out designs for 3 pieces with the great help of Maj. One custom built large (3 Mtr) wardrobe, and 2 slightly smaller pieces. Finalised the details 23 January, and 3 weeks later, 3 great pieces of furniture delivered and installed. F&B paint colours match perfectly.

GREAT value compared to everything else (and I researched for MONTHS!!!) plus the response and turnaround time was way better than anyone else that quoted - (from large mainstream through to one man producers).

I bought a wardrobe for the hall and it looks amazing - it has been admired many times. It is beautifully made and the colour is perfect. It was a seamless procedure from start to finish. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly helpful and very professional would highly recommend this company.

A great good looking piece of furniture that was made to our specifications. The price was competitive, excellent choice of colours and finishes, The service and communication that I had with the company was excellent, the delivery and installation was great.

Lovely furniture and excellent company to deal with

Product was exactly what I hoped. Excellent quality, looks great and the guys were fantastic getting it into our house and set up for us.

From order to delivery was first class, was kept updated all the way through.
Ordered a chest of drawers that wasn't quite what we were looking for, they customised it for us before manufacturing it, just how we wanted it.
Nothing was too much trouble, we wanted handles to match our existing wardrobe doors which they didn't do.
We bought the handles we needed and they fitted them for us free of charge.
The delivery guys were really professional and friendly. Assembled the units and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction.
They left everything clean and tidy.
The quality and finish of the furniture is excellent.
Also very reasonable prices too.

Super experience of this company. Ordered a bespoke wardrobe after trawling thru the depressing offerings online. Company kept me informed and even rang to check they had my order right. The wardrobe is gorgeous - roomy, practical, well made, and also fun and funky! I love it. I never knew that furniture could be so beautiful. Sure you can buy cheaper but not like this! Recommended.

The furniture is of good quality, and I would definitely buy from here again. I recieved constant updates and was told accurate times as to when it would be ready. The delivery and service was very good, and was taken upstairs for me and assembled, which I paid for. On the whole, I would recommend this to my family and friends, and with the quality of the goods, I will expect it to last quite some time!

I have just received my 4th item of bedroom furniture from this company so that tells how highly I rate them. Their furniture is lovely and I have had lots of comments from visitors about how good it looks. I had a small issue with my 1st item which was damaged by delivery men. I contacted Woodlands and it was immediately sorted, excellent customer service. Take a look at their website or even better call into their small showroom where you will be met and assisted by the lovely Maj, a genuinely nice guy who leaves you to look for yourself but is there to help if needed. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

We found Woodlands to be really helpful with suggestions about how to alter the furniture to what we needed. They have a very personal approach - very refreshing in an 'Internet world'. The furniture was exactly what we wanted and their delivery guys were very helpful and accommodating when they installed the items we bought. No complaints at all and would totally recommend Woodlands.

Paid £25 just to deliver it to a downstairs room.
Live alone so couldn't do this myself.
Distance of about 10 feet
Agreed to waive another delivery charge of £35 to deliver to my door.
Really poor customer service.
