The Muppet Show
Absolute s—t show of a company. Got my campervan towed there as broke down. Basically it sat on there forecourt for 3 weeks and they never touched it. After calling in various times to be told yes it will be sorted and still didn’t touch it. I went in one morning to be met by some melt in the office, hoody up and sunglasses on, never even bothered to remove his sunglasses while spewing out more lies. How these cowboys are still in business I have no idea. Never using these muppets again

worst customer service
worst customer service, promise one thing and do something else, quoting a lower price first to get the booking done and adding on many more things to the list and forcing to pay, wouldn't recommend anyone

I booked my service through a 3rd party they also booked me in for an MOT which I did not request.
Luckily woodside motor services contacted me personally and I explained my personal situation as COVID has effected not seeing my terminally ill grandmother explaining I now have no car no MOT so I can not see my grandmother and the manager was so kind and caring, fully understood my situation gave me an excellent price for repairs so I still am available to travel this weekend down to see my grandmother which could be for the last time I can't give enough gratitude to the mechanic team and the manager for helping me through this hard situation! The quality of the work Is amazing was also able to sort the parts out next day including same day delivery back to my home! I highly recommend these services as they are people who care and understand as well have great experience in what they do!
Again thank you so much Woodside Motor Services will definitely be using again!
