I saw a Christma ornament on the website. It was a Bischon in a Christmas boot. Great picture, very cute. It looked like a 3 dimensional figurine but when I received it it was a cheap piece of plastic with a sticker on it. It looked nothing like the ad. I emailed the company and was told in the product description that it was just the sticker in plastic, not the cute item on there web site. So there you go. Misleading advertising followed by a description buried at the back of the order.
I wished I had not ordered this piece of crap for $25.24.

I ordered three of the 250th anniversary Christmas ornaments and the painting is terrible nothing like what is pictured. Spent over $40 for all three and they will not refund my money. They want to give me a 20% of my money back

Company should be sued, product (guitar ornament) was not in anyway the product that was delivered! Customer service was crap with no help (offered 1/2 price return with buyer paying return). I just hope this helps somebody else from getting scammed

As others have wrote, oh wait. I am distracted by having to put one star up to begin writing as it should be negative 5 starts. I have never written a review of anything until this. I ordered two ornaments that appeared to be guitars. The actual ornament that was delivered was a joke. Was a 2 D version compared to the picture. The ad was originally placed on a reputable google feed. This is ridiculous! What was delivered was made made by a grade school age child and does not resemble anything like the picture.

If only zero stars was possible. I ordered an ornament based on the photo provided and I got a little piece of crap that was basically a photo mounted onto plastic. Nothing like the implied 3D ornament shown in the add. Shame on you

Do not use this website. We recently ordered a Christmas ornament that ended up being a cheap piece of plastic 3 inches long for over eighteen dollars. Very deceiving advertising. They have yet to respond to my refund inquiry.

Ordered a Christmas ornament and a key chain of a Yorkie. The ad’s photographs display a 3D sculpted (like a mini statue) of the Yorkie. The photos appeared life-like with great detail.

What a disappoint it was to recieve cheap, acrylic sheets with pasted blurry photo cutouts. Neither looked like the ad’s photos!

The ad terribly misrepresents the product and is a ripoff!

Product was totally misrepresented in quality. Paid $18.00 for what appeared to be high quality relief type representations of pet dog key chains and received photo style versions on a cut out clear plexiglass, very low quality, key chain. I was scammed as I would not have paid $2.00 for one of these if I was shopping in a novelty store. Guessing that all of their items won't be on par with what is represented on the site. BEWARE - I was had for 3 of these. I'll never make a return visit to this site. RIP OFF!!!

I ordered weeks ago and received some confirmation but now 6 days without any tracking advancement and their e-mail address is not working.
Review update. No scam involved here, the order arrived. The shipping was too long, impossible to track and the item was most disappointing, sure not worth the price paid. But it is not a scam!

Only ordered on Wednesday and they arrived the next day. Very pleased with the items I ordered.. Talk about value for money!!

I have just had the loveliest shoes delivered. A fuchsia pink suede effect. To match a special outfit. I will wear them only with that dress and very rarely. To say I will get my money's worth is the biggest understatement yet. £2.99 +postage! WOW!. Now I know where your name comes from!!!
I will repost after I have worn them (in two days). I'm floating! It's incredible

I purchased two jumpers one for me self and daughter. I am glad I did, the quality is amazing. Will be recommending to friends and family.

I received my items next day even though I paid for standard delivery, I sent an email midnight, received a reply within 1 hour. Maybe I was too lucky, everything was perfect.

Having dealt with many online companies over the year, i have to say this is the worst company i have ever dealt with.
Never replied to emails, told they didnt know why i was unhappy as my parcel had eventually been posted.

Offered a refund which never materialised, then offered a discount code.
which again never was sent.

There were loads of complaints about the same issues [late postage,lack of communication,rude CS] on their facebook page which they have conveniantly deleted.
Will never use again.

I received my items recently and very happy with all of them. Highly recommended.

I just received my delivery and the dress is lovely. For £2.99 I think it is the best deal you can get. I did not have any problems with their service or products what so ever. Will be recommending to friends and family.
