They exist to create an artificial impression of legitimacy for what is in fact a miscoding storefront.

SpaceEdge OÜ — a confirmed miscoding storefront already documented in a multi-country fraud investigation — has identical registration number 16801083 and identical address Kari tn 6-12, 10313, Tallinn.

They are the same legal entity. One company. Two brand names. Two apparent business types (AI content platform and cryptocurrency exchange). The purpose of this dual-brand structure is to create two separate-appearing businesses that can each be used as merchant account covers while obfuscating who is actually responsible.

But that’s not all. The full entity structure is:

HOW THE FRAUD WORKS:

Victims who deposited money into illegal online casino accounts found charges on their bank statements under “wrdchiefs” or “SpaceEdge” — not the casino name. This is transaction miscoding: the true beneficiary of the payment (a fraudulent unlicensed payment processor) is concealed behind a fake merchant descriptor. The cardholder has no idea who charged them or why.

The same SpaceEdge OÜ merchant account already has Trustpilot victims explicitly stating the charges were linked to illegally operating UK casino sites. One victim stated directly: “This is money laundering.” Space Edge has not responded to any of them.

The postcode of Wordchiefs OÜ / SpaceEdge OÜ (10313, Tallinn, Estonia) is the same postcode cluster as Libernetix OÜ (Sõle tn 61a-5) and Amesomic OÜ (Sõle tn 61a-7) — two other confirmed storefronts in the same fraud network. Three Estonian companies in the same postcode, all part of the same operation.

Formal complaints have been filed with: Estonian Police, Estonian Finantsinspektsioon, Lithuanian FCIS, UK FCA, UK Action Fraud, UK Gambling Commission, UK Companies House, Europol, FATF, Visa International, and Mastercard.

A formal bad-fit business report and fake review investigation request has also been submitted to Trustpilot’s Fraud & Investigations team specifically regarding this profile.
