Unfortunately, I have tried contacting them repeatedly for an update on the delivery of a Roland piano ordered almost a month ago. Said they only had the floor model in stock and would need to send from Roland directly but when I checked their store immediately after, it still said in stock online, so clearly it's a scam to keep doing it. I should have read other reviews on here first.
Hopefully I'll get my money back.... I'm not sure how a business can keep operating this way

They were happy to change my order at the last minute and delivered it seamlessly. Really happy with the experience.

The worst retail experience I have ever had. Everything started out great by leaving a deposit and expecting to see my electric drumkit once a couple of components were back in stock with the supplier. After calling five times for an update and getting the same response every time, I decided to go direct to the supplier and quickly realized who was telling porky pies! I never received one phone call with an update on my order and was never going to see it, as they obviously don't pay their bills and are on stop supply. Went back the next day and got my deposit , no sorry or questions asked as this Thanks for wasting my time money and effort!

I'm still waiting for the product to ship and have not received any information from world of Music. When I called, a very helpful person tried to resolve the issue but it clearly has not been resolved. Will be seeking a refund today.

I would not trust this company. I ordered an electric drum kit as a Christmas gift for my kids. Over a week went by, and I still hadn't received any sort of shipping notification. I tried calling them, but it just goes straight through to their voicemail every time.

I ended up contacting them on Facebook, and they then advised me that orders were behind on shipping and I wouldn't receive this until Mid-January, which doesn't work for my kids' main Christmas gift. They offered a refund which I said I would like, and have since ordered a drum kit from a different shop.

This was over a week ago, and I still haven't received my refund. Terrible customer service.

the purchasing experience was easy, the team were quick to resolve an issue that I had and delivery was prompt.

After a phone with World of music for a distortion pedal i had ordered I am pleased with the outcome.

I haven't received the my order for three months. Every time I contact the stuff(world of music), they will say that the order will be shipped immediately. which is fraud.

The customer service was great! They reached out to let me know why my order was somewhat delayed and they responded fast and effectively. When the order was ready to go the delivery was fast and everything was correct. Definitely recommend.

Paid for two items, I have been told 2nd item will deliver later after few weeks. It never came! Its been more than 6 months. I sent enquiry email and received no reply. Why would a online shop put an item on which they do not have! I would request to enquire for an item if they have in stock before you buy. Good luck

Bought a guitar and a few accessories on 29th August. The main reason being their website stated it would be delivered within a week. Still, no sign of the order, no email of the order being processed, just the payment confirmation. Already called twice, first time, the guy said he would follow up, but nothing, the second time, the guy just resends me the original payment confirmation email when he promised me an upgrade on the capo. Maybe it doesn't reflect on the invoice. Will update further after receiving or cancelling the order.
