They sell open box/customer returns "as new".
The products are decent, but whoever is managing their online store needs to be replaced ASAP. First of all, packaging and delivery are awful - 2 products arrived without any sort of protective packaging, and both items are obviously opened and used despite being sold as new. This is illegal and terrible service. Would purchase elswhere...

I was a great advocate of Worx tools having a large power share collection. NOT ANY MORE.
I had one problem with a lawn mower after 18 months, it just failed. Never mind I thought Worx fully guarantee the product for 2-3 years. So this was my first time of contact with Worx for one of my Worx products and oh how they failed! They had it for 2 weeks and not a whisper so I chased up only to be told I hadn’t purchased it from a very small band of retailers - how would I know! I purchased it new, so what’s the problem??They did everything they could to not repair or replace - great job Worx. They didn’t even try any solution such as a discount off a new one, just ‘the computer says no’. A clear manufacturer fault appears to be my problem not theirs.
It takes years to build a customer relationship and seconds to lose it.
When all my Worx tools come to their end of life, which will probably be sooner rather than later following this experience, I will find a new brand.
If you are reading this and want peace of mind and not total aggravation from after sales support then steer clear of Worx. It was clear they were uninterested in reviews but if I can do my small part then at least I am protecting another innocent sole, my conscience is clear.

Gotta give it to Worx, just ordered there latest Sonicrafter WX698, lots of updated features and tech have gone into it, as they had 25% discount offer this month saved a packet. Delivery was easy, secure and on time with plenty of text updates.

Been with the Worx brand now fully with all power tools garden and diy for around 15 to 20 yrs there Sonicrafter mains powered was my first tool followed by early Hydroshot jetwasher cordless then drills etc rest is history, but there innovative tools have never let me down. Only made jobs and my life easier and less stressed. Highly recommended.

Bought a Worx Landroid Vision. Straight out of the box it gave a 'wheel motor' fault. Spent hours doing all the setting up then finally a firmware update at which point it gave up and just said 'goodbye' and shut down. Tried again and this is all it would do. Contacted Customer Support (via the app) who were very quick to reply and diagnosed it as irrepairable and should be returned to them. As it was within 30 days I got the retailer to (eventually) take it back and give me a refund. Not impressed that a brand new item, never used and straight out of the box showed an error bad enough to need return to the factory.

I purchased a worx cordless vacuum cleaner and the batteries go flat within minutes of using. I’ve emailed worx three times to get a refund, the chat bot doesn’t even work. All I want is a refund, before my 30 days are over. I’m very disappointed with this company!!

I have been writing about my experience of the Landroid m500 for two years. I write in the hope that other potential customers will steer clear of these products. It is without a doubt the worst purchase I have ever made. I have spent hours and hundreds of pounds trying to improve its performance and I get absolutely nowhere with it. It churns up the grass at the slightest opportunity. It is worse than useless on wet grass as it will cause serious damage to the lawn. It bumps into obstacles randomly despite having both the ACS obstacle avoidance system and the off limits devices installed. It regularly tells me that a wire is missing despite that not being the case and resetting the machine has worked to remedy the problem. I originally bought the product so the grass could be maintained while we are away - that wasn’t a good idea. It gets stuck and I can’t do anything to remedy the situation until I return home three weeks later! Because of its design, when it returns home it follows the same path quickly creating a track around the perimeter of the lawn! DON’T BUY ONE OF THESE PRODUCTS!

Purchased via their web site first mistake, The worx website clearly states all items free delivery to UK address but after ordering was charged £9.99 tried to CONTACT THEM re the charge when it clearly states free delivery. Will buy direct from now saved nothing, as they state buy direct and save, do not believe a word

Worx Uk. Under warranty no hassle replacement. I replaced the WG186E.9. as they did not have a like for like, they gave me the WG185E. a new up grade. It's it fantastic. It is so much lighter, no harness needed. Easy to assemble. Uses less battery. It uses the same 2 x 40 battery. I am 63, bad back short little old lady🤣 I have most of the worx garden equipment. The new bump start trimmer is as good as my previous, but because it is lighter, mates cutting tall grass allot easier. I have cut both my elderly neighbours gardens . Grass was approximately 2 foot high. I just cut one in 20 mins. Enough to rake a run my worx. WG743E.1 5 over. Also 40 v. I upgraded to this last year. Our garden are 75 foot long. 25 feet ish wide. Highly recommend all Worx products. Thanks Worx.

Three emails sent to Worx asking about replacement parts. They've only replied to my first, didn't bother to read it closely and offered me the wrong part. Two further emails and no response whatsoever.

Short & sweet review, I will never buy one of their products ever again. I made a warrantee claim which they refused to honour. Their reason, it was an exclusive product they sold via Amazon. So beware if you buy from a third party retailer forget your warrantee.

Got to say the reason why Worx is top provider of tools in my books is they offer a great customer service , ordered a Pegasus work table from them however DPD completely failed not evening turning up let alone knock the door, but a quick message to Worx and they resent new order next day delivery! now that's what you call good service from Worx who were failed by DPD. I can't recommend Worx staff highly enough efficiency is off the scale, friendly, helpful, problem solvers you just don't get better then Worx

I have owned Worx tools from the early days, I now have quite a collection, the reason, because they are really dependable. They are strong and reliable, and trustworthy, more importantly they get better and better, every new product is not just better than the last but much better, considerably better. Thank you worx for making great tools!
