I have a notebook from them, their artworks really stand out from the crowd. The art shines with such warm, cozy and loving vibes. I hope this company will get more recognition.

Purchased x2 of the latest plush characters to complete our collection (for now) which have arrived and they are absolutely adorable! The website, checkout and delivery were excellent. Used the couriers app to track delivery, the items arrived swiftly and beautifully packaged. Will definitely order again in the future if any further characters are released!

Don't buy the metal dog bowls, they go rusty, for the price I wouldn't expect them to be cheap metal, cheap Chinese I guess

I recently rung customer services because of a fault. Unbelievable response within the hour they replaced item and sent it via 24 hour delivery. Lady on the phone was so lovely and helpful too. Will continue to buy from them

I contacted Wrendale Designs Customer Service Department with an issue concerning a jigsaw puzzle, which had been purchased from a third party retailer.

Wrendale's customer service agent couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the issue, despite my not having purchased directly from them.

I was so impressed with the outcome that I've since purchased other Wrendale Design products at my local garden centre!

If only other companies were as conscientious and professional as Wrendale Designs where customer service is concerned.

I have bought multiple items and gifts from Wrendale. I love the stationary items inc. Christmas cards which I’ve bought the last 2 years. There are some great crockery bits, I’m waiting for the perfect teapot design and a few more designs in the large mug would be fab as I’m building a collection :-)

Love this company’s products. I have bought several items in the past both for myself and for gifts.
I recently had an issue with my water bottle so contacted customer services for advice. I received a prompt reply and a replacement within days. Amazing customer service team. Thanks to Hannah and Chloe who organised this.

I was recently given two pairs of super soft bamboo socks which I love but one pair was faulty. The shop where they were bought didn’t care at all as I didn’t have the receipt. However, when I contacted Wrendale directly they were extremely helpful, replying to my email on the next working day and offering to replace them straight away. Brilliant customer service deserves praise and in future I will buy direct. Items sometimes fail but how you treat your customers shows the quality of your company

Absolutely love Wrendale Products. I have a large selection of plushs for the children and myself. The socks are so comfortable, everyone at work loves the designs and quality of my stationery. We have their wallet note book which we use as a family passport/ travel wallet and the scarfs feel amazing.

I have bought my family and friends several pieces for christmas and birthday over the last few years and they are all in love with the garden range, paint by numbers, scarfs, bags, purses, baby range, and they are all beautifully packaged and amazing quality. You really do pay for what you get.

Really disappointed by the Robin design socks. I have only worn them twice and both have worn through at the toes. I am only a size 5.5, so my feet are not that big and my toe nails were not long either.(shorter than toe itself.)

I have purchase items online from Wrendale a number of times and am always impressed not only with the quality of the products, but the care in which they are packaged (in recyclable packaging) and with the speed of delivery.

Amazing quality products, beautifully designed. I was given a Wrendale "Winter Hare" Mantel Clock as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the hour hand was dragging. I contacted Wrendale and they sent out replacement immediately. It was beautifully packed by Rebecca. The Customer Service is “Excellent”. Thank you !
