Wrendale Hare Wall Clock
I contacted customer service about my hare wall clock that my mum had given to me before she passed away, it had been losing time ,even with new batteries. I was contacted on the same day to say that they would replace it. I received the new clock today. Thankyou so much for your understanding and quick response, as the clock means so much to me. I have a lot of your lovely products and will continue to purchase them 5*****

Shedding fur and bald seam within 3weeks
I received a large plush fox at Xmas and loved it.By 10th January he was moulting fur and a bald seam on his head.No response from email.Very disappointed.Unfortunatley I cannot upload the pictures I sent to company here for others to be aware of.Was mine a second?Is it a flaw?I am sure it is not supposed to be like this and from this experience I will not purchase any other plush country animals.I also received a fox shopper that I love.Just be aware of the plush toys.

Thank you for sending the details you mention in your review, I can see that a Wrendale representative contacted you within the earliest possibly timeframe and its seemed that there was a flaw within the fur of the fox and a replacement was offered, unfortunately as the fox was out of stock an alternative was offered and sent, and you have confirmed that the matter was dealt with to your satisfaction. I hope this initial experience does not deter you from using our products again and I am glad we could resolve the issue you experienced.
New item arrived dirty :(
Really lovely designs but I was really disappointed that when I received my new item (the 'Hare-Brained' Round Tray) - it arrived dirty, which is not something I've ever experienced before buying new. I wrote to Hannah and team a week ago bringing this to their attention but have yet to receive a response.

Love this company
Love this company. The designs are lovely and all products are great quality. I have bought a lot from here, and I am never disappointed - make great gifts too! Everything is really well packed and presented and customer services are brilliant too. Definitely recommend.

Above and beyond customer service
Fantastic products, excellent detail and quality. Great for gifts.
I'm writing this review for their customer service which goes above and beyond. When somebody bought me a duplicate of a cross-stitch kit, Wrendale Designs happily agreed to exchange it free of charge to me. Then recently a shopping list pad started to come apart, they agreed to replace it and then sent two replacements!
Excellent products and it's great to know for peace of mind that the customer service is so fantastic too.

Great high quality item!
I ordered an oven glove, the design is gorgeous, delivery was really fast and the quality and packing was outstanding. Definitely a stand out company regarding attention to detail, can’t rate highly enough.
