They scammed me out of $188.
I didn't receive the dash cam and they wiped their hand of the situation...telling me to make a claim with Aistralia post , who confirmed to them "lost in transit"
Australia post couldn't refund on their behalf because they are too stingy to pay insurance with deliveries.
They antagonized me for two months , repeating themselves over and over.
I will never buy from them again

I purchase the 7" gps and wanted to download pictures from my P.C. as it said in the add that I could. after many trys. no luck. so they tryed to help also no luck. so I wanted to return it and they gave me the run around. well I purchase another a 9" and was told I should have no problems. we will see. or they will have another return. Tom

Worst phones ever never last more than 6 months. I've had 2 batteries blow up and snap the phones in half they are useless xgody lies about the specs of their phones they are dangerous and useless do not use for your own safety

Absolute Scam. The Xgody A90 claims it is running Android 9 in the settings. HOWEVER, it will not install any apps designed for android 6 or higher.

Turns out they have faked the android version in settings, and it's actually running Android 5.

ILLEGAL FALSE ADVERTISING.

And as for the 3 cameras on the rear, 2 of them are just fake black plastic shaped like a camera lens. So dodgy!

Not only that, the built in web browser comes with a hijacker that redirects you to ad sites every 60 seconds or so.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This tablet is useless...spent hours trying to get Chrome etc to start,downloading slow,.Don't purchase this,it doesn't work.

Getting map updates to work is pretty much impossible. It is clear they do it deliberately, bit I have no idea why. GPS unit worked well but frustration with the maps makes me give this zero stars.

2 months ago I bought an Xgody 718 sat nav. Not a bad buy initially but then it went wrong I found the after sales service is hopeless.
They will take you around in circles until you give up. The nav just stopped working, asked them for advise as it probably just needed an update everything else was still working fine.
They didn’t want to shoulder there responsibility at all, in the end there last suggestion was that I buy another one from them with a £5 discount off, of course I declined there offer, can’t put in words what I actually thought.
These companies just don’t realise that everyone they do over will speak to everyone they know to steer clear.
Again bear in mind that 70% of Chinese stuff is scrap and good luck finding the other 30%.
I’ve bought a garmin to replace this one, which I should have done in the first place.

Fast response n excellent customer service. Although the phone I bought cannot be shipped immediately, the seller contacted me to explain. I appreciated that n I will shop again.

Rubbish better of just throwing money in the bin don't but from this company I beg of you you will just be in for a massive headache I'm 2 weeks in to speaking with some one and im got knowhere ,something goes wrong with the product you buy it would be better to look and Facebook and buy something second hand

Goldenteam1 who sell xgody items are the worst company ive ever delt with bought a dash cam from them had it for a few weeks then stopped working contacted them and told me to sent it to China to be repaired at my cost

This company (XGODY) makes absolutely terrible phone... and that would normally by totally fine, BUT they also lie to customers and routinely engage in false advertising. Their 'XGODY Note 8' phone for instance only has 1 backward facing camera, yet they put 4 irises on the back to give it the look of a phone that infact has 4 cameras. This is incredibly misleading and should be (probably is!) illegal. They sell a phone with 1 camera and make it look exactly like a phone that has 4 cameras. It literally has 3 irises on the back that are non-fuctioning plastic! This is a terrible phone company and they are not only immoral but they mislead consumers

Just avoid these phones at all cost. OK as a basic phone. But having bought two models one for me and my partner. We found that the Android software was not as claimed. Google updates had been removed.due to the age. Both claimed to be Android 9 . But after seeking professional advice. Both phones had the 5 operating software. People fooled due the about phone details page. Clearly showing Android version 9. Yet the installed running app clearly shows lolly pop not pie as specified. Very disappointing.

This is perhaps the worst electrical product I have ever bought in my entire life there is no link between quality and this phone everything and anything that could go wrong on it does from the battery that lasts 2 seconds to pressing delete when writing and the spacebar running away with itself signing in with your PIN number to operate the phone can sometimes take as long as half an hour I could go on but I'd rather watch paint dry do not under any circumstances buy from this company you would be far better off buying yourself a pigeon and taping to its wing a written message to take to one of your friends or family because you are more likely to get a response than from using this phone sticking needles into your eyeballs is preferable to using this phone

Selfie cam is UPSIDE DOWN when held vertically or normal upright position. Works ok when held horizontal.
There is NO BUTTON to switch to the main camera on the back.
The FULLY CHARGED BATTERY DIED after ONE HOUR of conversation to a friend.
There was NO LOW BATTERY WARNING.

Customer support is NON EXISTANT.
They have NO IDEA about how to operate their own equipment.
I've been waiting OVER A WEEK for them to answer my questions which I sent them including a picture of the selfie cam upside down and missing buttons (icons) to change cameras.
DO NOT BUY THEIR PHONES!!!!!

I Had a xgody gps, with problems with the software, after 24 hours, from complaining, there guy Felix send me a link to the software, and everything works now, for me that's good service.

I’ve had the xgody phone for about 3 months. Worst phone ever!! When the phone battery is at about 60%, it dies!! It takes more than an hour to fully charge the phone. Whenever I have taken photos or videos, they turn out upside down. Very disappointed with this phone...

Phone is rubbish. Shutdown in a month of use . Company doesn't want to fix it ,replace it or refund it . Don't buy

I bought the "xgody 9t" mobile phone via a well known internet shopping site. The sellers "Goldenteam1" advertise this phone as large screen snd CHEAP. This smartphone is cheap and very nasty!! Extremely SLOW. Timed out on most connections. I put my SIM card back in my old phone and smashed the "xgody".

If this is the level of Chinese technology ...........god help us with the 5G network.

i buy this phone on ebay from uniteasone17 . received 3 days later. no working.i no have time ask for change, because i try sorted this home.after 30 days i contacting seller. after couple emails offer me refund 12 gbp. on website this company write Most items are covered by a 14 days money back and 30 days free defective replacement warranty as well as 180 days repair warranty. i ask for 180 days repair waranty, result I HAVE HOME PHONE WHICH NEVER NO WORKING.
