Told me they were delivering my parcel on Saturday, so I waited in the entire day and no-one turned up. Received a reply on Monday stating they only worked Monday to Friday and would let me know when... Voir plus

Courier phoned to check we were in and then failed to deliver stating could not find address. Why not phone again when in area, website stated incomplete address, they had the the house name, street... Voir plus

They got my parcel to me when they said they would. They kept me informed. The parcel arrived undamaged. The delivery person was great. I wish I could've kept him. Don't let their low score worry you... Voir plus

Late, No Updates, and Mishandled Packages

Worst delivery company I have ever come across

I ordered two expensive items from Ecoflow. They were supposed to be delivered on the agreed day, so I waited in all day — but they never arrived. There was no update from the couriers and no response to messages or calls.

The next day, the items turned up without any notification, and it was only by chance that a family member was home to receive them. To make matters worse, the delivery driver left one of the packages upside down, despite the box being clearly marked on all sides to show the correct orientation.

Spam company and they steel parcels

They came to the building, my neighbour let the driver in and told him to bring the package in as she was going to receive it. The driver instead went up to my door, took a picture and left the building, leaving my neighbor waiting for the parcel. I contacted the useless WhatsApp chat because they don't answer the phone, or they reject the call. The person on the chat (when they reply) told me that the driver called me multiple times and that my neighbor refused to take in the package, of course, all lies! Now more than a week on from my order my parcel is nowhere to be seen, they refuse to give me a delivery date, and in all honestly, at this point I believe they stole the parcel. I made a complaint through Paypal for a refund as the merchant from whom I bought the order is also unresponsive.

Useless

Useless, no communication, completely ignored request to leave parcel by the door. Eventually the order was cancelled by the seller, whom I blame for using such a horrible service.

Customer service is useless

Customer service is useless — unresponsive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. My parcel was sent to the wrong address due to their mistake, and every time I called, I got vague answers or no help at all. They made multiple promises to fix things, but none were kept. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

Worse than useless!!

Worse than useless!!
They will continually ignore your requests & insist on trying to deliver on dates you’ve specifically told them you’re not home!
Then when you contact them their generic reply will be “We’ll confirm once scheduled” only to schedule it for the EXACT times you’ve said you’re unavailable!
Mind blowing incompetence!

Was worried after reading reviews but all was fine

I ordered an Ecoflow direct from the company because they claimed to use DPD for shipping. I was concerned when they sent me the tracking number with XLcourier and I went on to see all the terrible reviews. Thankfully my parcel arrived in good shape when they said it would, and the driver was courteous. I do believe the bad reviews but wanted to say don't give up hope if you've ordered an Ecoflow, it may still arrive on time. Maybe they have taken the reviews to heart and are improving.

A Smooth Delivery Despite Initial Concerns

After reading previous reviews, I was initially concerned about this courier. However, my experience was largely positive and can't really be faulted.

My EcoFlow order arrived within the given time window (though on the slower side) and communication was good.

I did need to call XLcourier, as couriers often struggle to locate my house. While they didn't answer, they followed up with a WhatsApp chat and as a result there were no issues finding the house.

Dreadful!

My item arrived from China and sat in their warehouse for a whole month! They were very unhelpful when I asked for proof that they actually had my item, and I was told to wait. I then made a fuss with the seller, and within a few days my delivery was scheduled. Then they had the cheek to message me the day before saying I needed to make sure someone would be in to take delivery. I have messaged the seller to advise them to change their delivery methods here in the UK as the present lot are damaging their reputation.

Made numerous more requests and phone…

Made numerous more requests and phone calls to explain XL courier are still holding our property without a delivery. This company has refused to deliver a package that was purchased in February 2025 and arrived in the UK beginning of May 2025. XL courier have provided evidence they hold our property without a satisfactory explanation.This is now being dealt with by the appropriate authorities. XL courier seem to follow a fraudulent and unsavoury practice.

DO NOT USE

Very bad. Courier has had my parcel over a week and won't reply to my messages or answer my phone calls. I'm having to get financial ombudsman involved and potentially the police and fraud departments involved. Their website says my item has been returned to sender as requested but it hasn't. Can't give 0 star so have to put one star

Delivery within 30 mins of the 2 hour…

Delivery within 30 mins of the 2 hour slot.Driver phoned 5 mins before delivery and placed big heavy parcel where I needed it(too big to go in front entrance) Very courteous driver couldn't fault.

Parcel from ecoflow came on the day…

Parcel from ecoflow came on the day they said got a phone call be 5 minutes and they delivered. I have another parcel ordered for today can't see it coming on a bank holiday fingers crossed only ordered yesterday

Actually they were fine

Bought a product from Ecoflow and didn't recognise the courier so did a search and came across all these negative reviews. Thankfully I can say my experience was positive, my order arrived within the specified time window and the communications from the drivers were fine. So while I'm sure some people have been unlucky, hopefully this will reassure some people all is not lost if you get your delivery by XLCouriers.

Unacceptable

Delivery was supposed to be at 16:45, and allowing a 2 hour window following this. My package arrived at around 21:30.

Driver bombarded me with calls and texts before having arrived - I start work very very early in the morning.

Website is no help as no live tracking as you would expect in today's tech enabled climate.

Vehicle was a mess, package delivered upside-down.

My view of the courier company is very poor now, but this also impacts the company I purchased from as there are a few here that have named and shamed (Ecoflow). Due diligence is key, and a poor delivery partner will start to impact your own image.

Delivery late

Delivery supposed to be at 13.35
And states allow a 2 hour window
It got delivered at 18.05 with no update on app of late delivery,
There online tracking is so poor no update since 9am in the morning atleast use live updates so customers can see where the delivery van is,

For an item of the value that it is to be dropped on floor like it did is annoying !!!

Why use poor delivery companies like this that can dent your buisness is beyond me !!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. They initially came to deliver a parcel with no warning ,no updates etc. We weren't in. The courier was ringing the bell knocking on the door and the brickwork of the house for ages -we still weren't in!. The parcel was taken back. No updates provided and no attempt to redeliver. You can't contact them either.

After a week of the company (Ecoflow) contacting them and my asking to cancel the whole order, did another attempt take place. We were told delivery would be around 3pm, it didn't happen, then 8.30pm. We were due to go out but had to wait in.

We then got a message to say the parcel had been delivered, guess what it hadn't! So someone was lying.

I tried to ring the number, no answer, I then got a call from courier who said delivery would be in 20 mins, so clearly someone had lied when they said delivery had been made.

I don't know what would of happened if I hadn't 'pestered' everyday to get delivery organised, I think the parcel would still be sat at the warehouse.

Ecoflow say they deliver via dpd, clearly they don't they use this horrendous company and this has put me off buying anything from ecoflow in future too, the courier is damaging their reputation

Useless

This company deliver Ecoflow products of Amazon and Ebay. There tracking might say the van is two stops away. What they don't tell you is that those stops could be two hours driving apart. I got sick of waiting and went to bed. At 2am there was banging outside the house. I got up armed thinking it was someone trying to get in the house. It was the delivery guy. He was lucky he didn't get cracked at that time.
