Courier phoned to check we were in and then failed to deliver stating could not find address. Why not phone again when in area, website stated incomplete address, they had the the house name, street... Voir plus

Useless
This company deliver Ecoflow products of Amazon and Ebay. There tracking might say the van is two stops away. What they don't tell you is that those stops could be two hours driving apart. I got sick of waiting and went to bed. At 2am there was banging outside the house. I got up armed thinking it was someone trying to get in the house. It was the delivery guy. He was lucky he didn't get cracked at that time.

This company service is rubbish. they claimed I wasn't at home when they tried to deliver the order, despite that I was and was tracking their delivery van. Then they refused to deliver it all together saying I need to contact my seller

Three dates and three excuses!
Gave me three dates to deliver my product. Each time they’ve had a different excuse for not delivering. I’ve taken days off work and lost money for nothing! Avoid as I’m not even sure they intend to deliver the products

Shocking courier company
Shocking courier company. Have had a parcel I brought on eBay so far out for delivery for two days. Today 2nd April I got a call from driver asking if I would be in as he would be there in a hour to deliver parcel. I replied A hour yes I'll be in. So I waited. Looked at tracking again and said delivery attempted, recipient not in. I am beyond furious. The driver made no attempt to even come to door and from further looking at camera footage, no attempt was even made to come up the road to my house. Unless he was driving a invisible van. He did not come he did not show up. Anyone who reads this I wish you the best of luck if your parcel is being sent by this courier.

Top of the worst couriers,cannot even message them for updates on there site.Lie by saying tried delivery when we have a camera on the front and we were both sat here at 6.46 in the eve last week.Cannot understand why Allpowers use them.

Despite numerous emails, txt and calls still no response. Possibly gone out of business? I urge all to think twice before using this company. If they are in business I wonder how given their lack of customer service.

ZERO customer service
They claim to have a 24/7 customer care team, however they do not reply to e-mails & don’t answer the phone. They have had a package of mine for 11 days now with no update on tracking/delivery.
I have contacted the company I ordered the item from but they tell me to contact the courier.
I am now left wondering if my parcel will ever arrive.
Edit: the item did finally arrive, 5 weeks after the courier took possession of it. And although the delivery guys were friendly & helpful - the length of time this delivery took is totally unacceptable for a company whose sole purpose on this planet is to deliver parcels.
