The customer relationship is obviously a high priority the reception at Audi Yeovil was welcoming and attentive.

So impressed!
We're not usually impressed these days with customer service but Yeovil Audi have set a really high bar! We went to enquire about a used car and the salesman (Joe) did an amazing deal on a brand new Q2 while taking in our own car in part exchange. He actually listened to our "wants" and remembered (in detail) a previous discussion a few days before on the phone!. Absolutely no pressure either. So hats off to Joe, Tim and the rest of the team for a job well done. The car is great and runs just how Joe said it would...Highly recommend these "guys".... Dave and Jude.......

Yeovil Audi a marque exemplar
Yeovil Audi continue to be on the customers side with excellent relations over many years. From first steps with reception, Holly always welcoming and positive, through servicing and sales the staff are there to help.
I experience other dealerships during quests to change and assisting model decision making but get disappointed regularly with their approaches. Issues from centre similarly do not support the Marque as they previously have for many years (40+). Stick to those you know for honest helpful service, sales and advice.

Great Team, Excellent service pre to post sale.
Everyone was friendly and not at all pushy unlike some of its neighbouring dealerships in Yeovil.
Sales process felt more consultative and warm which was preferable and as a result we ended up with a great car.

Friendly, personal and understanding Audi branch
Been a customer for nearly 8 years now and always had such a positive experience with Yeovil Audi. Every single person who has dealt with us has been so helpful, personal and professional.
Our recent experience has been no different. Tim and Joe were excellent in helping with our queries, understanding what we wanted and were not pushy in the slightest which is such a positive.

Shockingly Poor Diagnostics and Zero Accountability – Avoid Yeovil Audi
I brought my Audi Q7 to Yeovil Audi with a clearly described intermittent starting issue. I explicitly informed them that the battery had recently been replaced and was not the cause. Despite this, they spent most of their time recharging and testing the battery — an entirely irrelevant distraction from the actual problem.
I was charged £138 for diagnostics and expected a professional report, printout of fault codes, or at least a clear explanation of findings. Instead, I received nothing — no documentation, no codes, no summary — only a vague suggestion that “further wiring checks” might be needed. When I asked for evidence of what had been done, I was told the diagnostic data was “confidential.”
Their response claims they spent over three hours diagnosing the fault and “shared the codes” with me — but in truth, I was briefly shown a document for a few seconds with no ability to verify or retain anything. If that’s Audi’s standard for diagnostics, it’s deeply worrying.
To make matters worse, I later took the car to an independent garage, where the fault was diagnosed immediately — a failed starter motor — with no charge, no computer diagnostics, just basic mechanical expertise. The starter was replaced within two hours, and the car is now running perfectly.
This experience highlights a shocking lack of competence and transparency at Yeovil Audi. Either they failed to identify a very basic issue, or they deliberately avoided doing so while still charging for ineffective work. In either case, it shows a complete failure of responsibility and professionalism.
I had been considering a trade-in and new Audi purchase through this dealership — but based on this experience, I will never return, and I advise others to stay well clear. There are far more capable and honest professionals outside the Audi main dealer network.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your last service experience. We would like to clarify a few of the points you raised as at the time of your visit, our Service Advisor and Master Technician reviewed the vehicle with both yourself and your son present. During that time, all relevant fault codes were shared and discussed which were subsequently noted by your son during this discussion. Whist we cannot provide printed copies of internal diagnostic data due to policy as explained at the time, we made every effort to be fully transparent and supportive throughout the process by sharing these documents and all our findings with you both.
With regards to refunding your diagnostic fee, having spent over 3 hours diagnosing and investigating the fault, we only charged for 1 hour as contractually agreed with yourself and this was all detailed in our comprehensive letter back in January 2025 to explain why we were unable to provide a refund for the authorised work carried out.
We can totally appreciate that vehicle diagnostics, especially with intermittent issues, can be frustrating and we are very sorry that our findings and service provided on this occasion did not meet with your expectations.

I would definitely recommend Yeovil Audi if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I was looking for a particular specification Audi S5, after months of looking I came across a great example in their stock. The sales executive Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole transaction very smooth. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the train station, when arranging collection.
