Absolutely perfect.dave was helpful on the phone. Natalie did my sale and was lovely.very helpful in every way.taxed my bike there and then.all done within about ten minutes. Would go back again.

Great team, very honest and thoughtful
Great team, David, Sam and Natalie have all been very helpful and friendly keeping me updated from the minute I called them about the bike I had my eye on until I picked the bike up, and even gave me a thoughtful follow up call to make sure everything was ok with their service and the bike itself. Very nice and honest people, I know where I’ll be starting my search when the time comes to move on from my stunning MT07 ;)

Really proffesional service from start to finish.
They offered me a great price for my bike and came and picked it up at a time that suited me. The communication was superb and I was kept updated at every step.

quite a few faults and problems
quite a few faults and problems. The front brakes were binding and I had to strip them to clean and replace. The front fork oil seals are leaking and as I dont have the tools or equipment to replace them I had to book it into a Harley dealer to have them replaced.

Hi Ian thank you for taking the time to review us. It comes at great shock to hear that you’ve had such problems with the Harley XR1200 that you bought from us five months ago and this is the first we're hearing of it.
We remember your bike very well as it was a stunning orange XR with only 12,000 miles on the clock and it was in immaculate condition with no issues mechanically when we delivered it to you back in April 2021. At the time off delivery the front brakes were not binding nor were the folk seals leaking as all our bikes go through the onsite workshop pre delivery for a full through check, service and a fresh 12 months MOT.
As with all our bikes we offer a three month warranty so if this was the case and you’d had these faults and problems, had you of contacted with us we would of fixed the issues at no extra cost whatsoever but unfortunately if we were never informed there is very little we can do to rectify the issues.
No nonsense bike purchase
I liked the courteous and no nonsense behaviour of the salesman. He was precise and had an impeccable knowledge of the bike he was selling. Very pleased indeed.
