I have not received the item l ordered last weekend so no l am not happy. Please advise as l paid for First Class postage l believe and now it will not arrive in time for the persons Birthday l ordered it for!

We are sorry to know about the postal delay though as we spoke about Royal Mail will always do what they can to get all parcels out during their busiest period and checking the tracking I can see the parcel did arrive two days from this review.

40th Birthday gift
I ordered a Whitby jet pendant for my niece’s 40th Birthday. I ordered online. I then contacted Yorkshire jewellery to ask if they could add a note to the gift as I had omitted to do this.
I received a prompt reply back stating it would be done. The pendant was received and loved.
I would certainly recommend this Company as the emails we exchanged were so friendly and they could not do enough for me. The service was impeccable.

Having little knowledge of the products, I changed the order three times. Each time it was met with friendly very helpful information, the digital receipt and order tracking was superb. I spoke to two people in the company and they were friendly, helpful and very efficient, I will be using this company again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.service and quality of the highest standard.
