This is a company that strips assets
This is a company that strips assets, pollutes rivers, pays dividends, awards bonuses, avoids legal action. and puts up my bill by 8% so it can go on doing more of the same. I do not trust it.
I have just received my water bill or…
I have just received my water bill or next year, it has gone up £16. Now I know that you have to pay your CEO 3m over two years, do hope she will be able to manage, but up £16 per month when I could not water the garden etc for most of last year. I do not object CEO,s been paid well, but 3m is beyond a joke when a service is not been provided.

While presenting my frustrations, the emphatic, professional great customer service tone of explaining how this increasing bill came about by one of the YorkshireWater team, Gloria, on our telephone conversations, so respectful, comforting and relieving. Should not be owned outside the UK by gangsters.
I can completely understand the high rating this company scores because there is no doubt in my mind they used a bot farm. For ten years they have prevaricated and used Chinese mafia tactics against me because of my water quality complaint in a large North Yorkshire town. They also tried to charge me several hundred pounds for a leak outside of my property boundary which they pretended was my responsibility and sent threatening copies of the same harassing letter many times, claiming that my neighbours had flushed nappies down the toilet and that someone was liable and they would sue, which were almost certainly criminal fraud. Since then my water has been contaminated AGAIN and they do absolutely nothing other than pretend by lying that nothing is wrong, meanwhile I get ill almost every time I drink the tap water, even sometimes boiled for tea. The water comes out nearly opaque or else tastes of algae, which is what they claim is the cause of the sewage taste

Spoke to yorkshire water this morning to see if help available to lower my water bill
Agent was lovely very understanding and tried every scheme for me unfortunately I dont qualify for any help but credit to this agent who was amazing

Poor respnse
I requested help in changing my email address and despite a quick acknowledgment I have received no further response. The website is poor when wanting to edit your profile
It’s now another 3 weeks since I replied to YorkshirecWater following my review and still no resolution. All I want is my email address changing . Still they did contact me regarding price increase by 8% from April.
