The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!

Great Product, Fabulous after sales care
I purchased some illusion blinds from “Your Blinds Direct” over a year ago. The blinds were perfect and just what we were after. More recently I contacted “Your Blinds Direct” regarding an issue with one of clips that fit into the rail/track, their customer support (Chris) was excellent in answer all my questions and helping me to resolve my clip issue. I would strongly recommend this company for the quality of their products and their after sales care - Thanks Steve

Allusion blinds
Purchased 3 sets of Allusion blinds in Horizon Chalk.
Ordering was simple, and very competitively priced. Delivery was fast and efficient, and fitting was very easy. The blinds are lovely quality and look amazing! I am absolutely delighted! Customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend!

We ordered a single blind a few weeks ago, and werte so pleased with it we ordered 14 more!!! Excellent blinds and good service, even accomodated a custom valence for a nominal fee, so I have a single valance across 4 binds (one over each window) - Recommended and a please to deal with.

I took Fauxwood to mean the grain effect on Sunwood Blinds. Ordered the blinds and received plain blinds. Was told tough luck.
