The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!

Perfectly sized and very significantly cheaper than going to a supplier who would fit the blinds also. Fitting was relatively straightforward.

Issues caused by the courier dealt with quickly
Issues caused by the useless DX delivery service were quickly and effectively dealt with.
The price was good for the product. If we paid a lot more we could have got a better product but we were not expecting top of the line.
Change that delivery company for another star guys!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Whilst we try to take care and pay attention with packing our products, we have no control over how they arrive at their destination. This is an issue we are working on to resolve.
Good service and great communication.
The website was easy to navigate and the choice was great. Measuring advice was given which was a help. Communication was good too and I looked forward to receiving my blinds. On the day of delivery I only received the blind, the slats were missing. I contacted them by phone and was told that they are despatched seperately. The young lady I spoke to rang the courier and then let me know that they would arrive the following day. They did arrive but the state of the box was shocking although the slats were undamaged thankfully. All in all I would say I will use Your Blinds Direct again.
