The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!

Be careful when ordering tapes on your blinds for large windows with uprights as they're not designed to match the uprights and you're not told this when purchasing. Also, they were delivered on separate deliveries so I had to pay for the fitter to come back out. The blinds however are very good quality.

This review is unjustified.
We helped the customer with queries they had before the purchase and not once did they ever question the tape positions. If they had we would have responded that tape positions are industry standard and determined by a computer, the locations are not a configurable option. 5 minutes research would have revealed this.
Regarding the separate parcels, we are not accountable for how the couriers decide to deliver the items.
We would always advise not booking a fitter until you have the products in your hands.
The customer however was very polite in their complaint.

Quality product, easy install.
Good quality blinds made to order. Manufactured and delivered within a week. The instructions were good and the blinds would have been easy to install had it not been for a hard concrete lintel above my window. Professional company, would highly recommend.

Extra blind battery chargers
I needed extra chargers for the batteries in my roller blinds to make life easier for me.
I ordered the 5 I needed over the Bank Holiday and they were with me before the week was out.
They were as described (3m cables which were important to me) and they all worked well.

Quality blinds
Fabric samples quickly sent out. Range of options for vertical blinds including no bottom chains. Blinds were a good fit, made from quality product and within time.

Great blinds, let down by delivery company
Ordered 3 blinds, delivered within 10 days and happy with them.
The largest 1400mm wide is very heavy to lift up and need a hand but the smaller ones are fine.
The delivery driver left them with a neighbor but didn't put a card through so we didn't know they had been delivered, they had them for 2 days due to working patterns
