The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!

I haven’t actually bought anything from…
I haven’t actually bought anything from this company but wanted to leave a review to draw attention to Chris in technical support. I ordered blinds elsewhere which weren’t quite right (bit of a grey area as to who was at fault) and the company did next to nothing to help me so I desperately emailed a few other blinds companies for advice. Chris was the only one who replied with an answer and went above and beyond to help me, including links to videos, photos and helpful, knowledgeable advice. I can’t rate him highly enough for helping me out when he owed me absolutely nothing. If the owner is reading- get this guy a pay rise! He’s an absolute asset to the company in this day and age when nobody seems to care anymore about customer service.

Excellent service throughout process
Excellent service from advice over best fabric ranges for in my bathroom, through swift, well packed delivery to follow-up advice on a problem resulting in my faulty installation! Now all installed and working well (and automatically!)

These guys... honestly, their patience with my endless enquiries is commendable. The blinds arrived and are absolutely spot-on (thanks mostly to my expert measuring!) but no, seriously - the product and service quality is perfect; with such a big, permanent decision you need to get your blinds right and we're so pleased with them. We still have some to order and will be ordering from here, we recommend you do the same.

Great blinds and service
Amazing customer service.
Purchased a set of vertical blinds came within the time frame given. The blinds are just what I was hoping for. Would definitely order again and recommend.
There was an issue with my head rail and after lots of help and information they decided to replace the head rail free of charge. Can't wait to order more blinds for my other windows.
