YUKÓ Toyota Car Club Avis 

The car has the screen that I’m sure it can connect to Apple CarPlay via Bluetooth but it just doesn’t have Apple CarPlay? It connects to the phone but only for like audio and taking calls etc which is useless. I had to drive checking Google Maps on my tiny phone screen on my lap (which is dangerous). Not providing GPS is ridiculous for a rental car. Gocar has it.

The car was really dirty from inside :( it is not the first time.

It’s handy to collect and return.

The most relevant thing is that the car is inside our condo....this is an amazing opportunity and help.
Everything from the Yukó's car was aligned with the feature and the price was competitive comparing to gocar that also has a station near us but with bigger car.

Great and easy experience. Car wont start, emergency helpline helped immediately by resetting the system.

I hired YUKÓ rental for 7 days (not YUKÓ share). I went to the dealer to collect the car. Car inside and outside was so dirty. I think, previous driver carried their dogs with car and dealer did not clean car. I spend half of the day for cleaning. Because, my child has allergies to the dogs and cats. I could not cancel my rental because I could not find an alternative car. The experience was awful. I don’t recommend. I have paid nearly 500 euros for this bad experience.

I've used YUKO for several years and have generally been a big fan of the service. Unfortunately, a recent experience was extremely disappointing.

During a recent booking I discovered that one tyre was at approximately 13psi, while the others were also 7–10psi below their recommended pressures. I spent around 15–20 minutes of my paid rental time going to a garage to inflate them, and also topped up the empty windscreen washer fluid.

Later, I noticed a screw embedded in the affected tyre, suggesting a slow puncture. I reported this to YUKO after returning the car, including a photograph, and helped them identify the tyre when they subsequently called me.

A few hours later, I was charged €150 for the repair. I disputed this on the basis that I had not caused the damage, but had instead identified and reported what appeared to be a pre-existing maintenance issue and helped YUKO deal with it.

My initial response from customer service simply referred to the terms and conditions and my responsibility for damage during a booking, without addressing the circumstances.

UPDATE: following my review, the issue was escalated and I have to say YUKO handled the escalation very well. They understood the logic of my complaint, agreed that the charge was not appropriate in the circumstances, refunded the €150 and were genuinely apologetic.

I'm grateful that the issue was ultimately dealt with sensibly. It is exactly this kind of common-sense approach that I would hope for from a car-sharing service, and I've been happy to update my review.

The best carsharing (Car Club) service in Dublin. Great cars. Great prices. Great service. The only downside is that sometimes the other drivers will dirty up the cars before you rent one, so then you end up renting a dirty car.

The only thing was the car was very messy and dirty with a lot of empty snacks packaging, the cup holder was sticky like someone have dropped a liquid inside and other things.

Very good experience overall especially with Toyota Liffey Valley.

Straightforward procedure to sign up, and very helpful customer service whenever I had a query!
The pick up and drop off was the smoothlest experience I have ever had would definitely do again!

The last three time I booked with YUKO, the car was very very dirty inside. I was disgusting, with a lot of rubbish.
