After carefully reviewing the order you mentioned, we confirmed that the payment was successfully verified and approved by PayPal. This means that, according to PayPal’s security checks, the transaction was authorized by the account holder at the time of purchase.
Please note that YuPlay does not store any payment information, passwords, or have access to your PayPal or email login details. All payments are processed securely by trusted providers such as PayPal. If any unauthorized access occurred, it may be due to your account or email being compromised elsewhere.
Nevertheless, we took your case seriously and acted with full professionalism:
1. We accepted your PayPal dispute yesterday without any doubts.
2. The full amount was refunded.
3. Your account was blocked from further purchases to prevent any additional issues.
4. We also advised you to immediately change your email and PayPal passwords and remove any saved payment information from other websites, as the data may have been obtained from a different source. Unfortunately, instead of focusing your efforts on securing your accounts, you chose to direct your concerns toward us.
YuPlay is officially certified by SecurityMetrics and fully PCI DSS compliant, which means we follow the highest industry standards for payment security and data protection.
For the sake of transparency, we want to make it clear that the same email address used to contact us was also the one registered and used to make the orders on our website. Additionally, the user agent (device/browser information) from your emails matched the one used during the purchase process. This clearly indicates that the same device and email account were involved in both actions.
If we had submitted this information and PayPal’s verification to support our case, the dispute would have likely been resolved in our favor. However, we still chose to refund you out of goodwill and respect for our customers.
