Great customers service and Micheal is a great employee he needs a raise

Place was clean food was great and had great service

The food was amazing

Went tonight thru drive thru. After ordering went to first window to pay. The young white girl with make up and blonde hair opened the window and reached out her hand..my mom said hey and gave her the card to pay. The girl took it and closed the window. She opened it back up handed my mom her card back with a go to hell look on her face. My mom said Ty and my 2 yr old daughter said hey and she NEVER OPENED HER MOUTH just had the same GO TO HELL LOOK ON HER FACE.. she then closed the window.. HOW RUDE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..if she is that miserable with her job she does not need to be there AT ALL…me and my family come here several times a month and if this is the kind of customer service we will be getting we will not be back..my mom just lost her husband of 25 yrs 3 wks ago and if she can still say hey and ty she should’ve had customer service and to not acknowledge a 2 yr old who’s smiling at you bc she loves for people to say hey maybe you need to go to counseling for whatever misery your going through..

yall gave me wrong food, the food was cold. The food was nasty. The fries was freezing cold. Then had terrible customer service my wings don’t look fully cooked.

I just did not. Understand why they ask what type sauce you want than give what else they grab . Three ti.e I order barq sauce and get zax sauce instead. So why answer if you just going to give them zax.

I VISITED ZAXBY'S ON PASS ROAD IN GULFPORT, MS. From walking in the door until exiting the service was GREAT. When getting to the place to eat, the food was fresh and still hot. We received all the correct condiments. The General manager of this establishment was great in serving us. Shoutout to Shantae for her GREAT customer service.

The young lady with the braids that is handing out the drinks and food has a bad attitude no smile no interaction with customers no nothing no customer service skills at all

Customer service was horrible drive through girl at the window

I thought last time I visited was just an off day so I went again today. HORRIBLE. Old dry wings with very little sauce probably dried up sitting too long. Fries were half cooked so last time wasn't just an off day appears to be the new way of business at the Lexington nc zaxbys

Service was horrible waited in line for 30 minutes and the cashier was either there for five minutes or gone for 10 horrible

IT WAS HAIR IN MY SALAD , 2 STANDS 2 DIFFERENT COLORS FROM ZAXBYS IN CLINTON MS !

I came here for a second time and it was better than it was the first time.

I just went to Zaxby's for the first time 2 days ago.
I was very unhappy because they have NO dressing or sauces I can have.
I am allergic to MSG and potassium sorbate
I asked for oil and vinegar but they don't have it!
The blue salad was good but I had no dressing because their dressings have preservatives I can't have.
I wish they would consider folks with allergies

I placed an order online on May 28, 2026 through Instacart. It was delivered by an Uber Eats driver. The Chicken and Bacon wrap was delivered to me without any Chicken or Bacon. I called the Zaxbys at the number on the receipt the next day because that's when I discovered no meat. Left a message
No one called me back so I went to Zaxbys on Rt. 87 in Sanford NC. I explained what happened. The manager told me they couldn't do anything because I ordered through a third party. However, the receipt indicates the good originated from that store. They told me to contact Uber Eats. What sense does this make??? Uber Eats merely delivered the order they didnt make it. They all stood there looking blank at me. Lost a good customer.

I have been having problems with the app getting logged in. I have made numerous calls to get this resolved and have asked quite a few times to talk with technical support. Each time I was pretty much blown off. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled quite a few times as requested to no avail. I have in detail told the representatives my dilemma through phone calls and emails and I have been waiting nor for almost three days to get this problem resolved. I can see now why their ratings are so low. They keep going like this, Zaxby's will be another restaurant chain to fold.
