New customer - Bad start
New customer, even though their terms says they will carry out checks etc and request any info if needed before being able to deposit they let me deposit then made me aware I’m blocked from gameplay and depositing any more until I complete verification. Struggling to use the automated live check and I’m unable to access anything on my account including live chat to customer support or withdraw my deposit until I complete this. At a minimum this should be able to be minimised so access to my account is still available as only gameplay and deposits are restricted. Sent email with my documents but again their terms say this will be rejected as only the live check is valid. So currently can’t withdraw, play or have live communication with them.

After reviewing your account, we can see that the verification attempts were unsuccessful because the documents uploaded were not accepted. Please note that when a bonus is cancelled, any funds and winnings generated from that bonus are also removed. In this case, the £138 winnings were connected to the bonus balance, which is why they were removed when the bonus was cancelled.

SCAM CASINO STAY AWAY
Signed up and opted into casino welcome offer. Deposited as instructed and had to use the live chat as the bonus was not working. Through live chat I was told my account (which I had just made) was promotion banned, and that I should have received an email explaining that when I signed up. I had no such email and had already deposited £10 as per the T&Cs. After finding this out, I tried to withdraw, to then find out that minimum withdraw is £20. Had to deposit again just to withdraw without getting the bonus. Waste of time and can be a waste of money if you aren't able to withdraw
