I registered less than 3 hours ago since asked for verification I was referred to a third site! the said site can't communicate with my device is only message it has so logged back on zingo bingo which now only says verify id, as you imagine this is very frustrating straight after I a first deposit!! If I could review 0 stars they’d be more than deserving, awful sure and ‘customer service’
Do not trust this site. My identity documents were fully approved and my account was 100% verified over a week ago, yet they are completely refusing to release a simple £21 withdrawal. When you go to their live chat, they just cycle you through offshore agents (like "Lampros") and fake customer care managers (like "Luis") who do nothing but copy and paste the exact same stalling scripts claiming the case has been "escalated to the relevant department." This is a blatant violation of the UK Gambling Commission's rules against intentionally withholding player funds and creating unnecessary payout delays. I have logged formal case number 1139333619606413 and am submitting the entire chat transcript directly to the UKGC and IBAS for unfair consumer practices. Avoid Jumpman Gaming sites at all costs unless you want your money stolen.
