Appalling customer service - frauds!

Zero customer service. Ordered £30 worth of zips and received a shipment notification. 24hrs later noticed that the Royal Mail tracking shows as delivered to an address in Gillingham - 300 miles away from my home address and needless to say no delivery to my address. Have now been contacting Zipper Station for over a week now and getting no response back. Zipper Station have zero customer service and act in a fraudulent manner taking money and not supplying goods. Will now be contacting my bank and reporting the company for fraudulent activities . Appalling!

I wish I had read the previous review before I ordered; my experience is very similar! 5x continuous zips ordered, confirmation of dispatch received but no goods ever arrived. I have tried to contact but nil response. I have now disputed the transaction with my payment provider.

Customer Service Non Existent - Zero Stars

I ordered 5m of continuous zipper and the next day received confirmation that it had been dispatched 1st class Royal Mail. So far so good. However a week later I still hadn’t received the zipper so I emailed asking them if they could track it and advise when it would arrive. No response. I then emailed them daily for another 4 days and still received no response. My final email to them asked for a full refund and advised them that if I didn’t get a refund or hear from after 30 days from placing the order I would request a transaction refund from my credit card company. Still no response, no zipper and no refund. So after 30 days I submitted a transaction refund from my credit card company, submitted all the details and emails to them and, I am pleased to say, my request has been upheld and I have received a refund from the credit card company.
Clearly it’s cheaper for Zipper Station to have to deal with credit card transaction refunds than provide customer service to deal with customers. Sadly for them I will never use them again despite having had success in the past. Whilst I realise that the zippers are probably lost in a Royal Mail sorting office somewhere I am not willing to deal with a company that provides zero customer service when things go wrong.

Incomplete order delivered - now replaced.

Order arrived promptly but had been opened by unknown and all materials removed with just invoice and publicity material left. Sent e-mail but no reply. Sent chase up 7 days later and replacement order arrived later that day. Some of the other reviews lead me to panic but the problem was solved fully to my satisfaction a week after initial delivery. So, no complaints - in fact praise. However; an acknowledgement e-mail would have been appreciated.

Came unzipped

Ordered zips and sliders which arrived quite quickly but unfortunately the wrong size was sent and that's where the problem started,no response to any correspondence.Bank sorted it for me.

Order never received and no response

I ordered £32 worth of zips at the beginning of January which were shipped but never delivered. No one has responded to my many emails. No idea how to contact customer service other than via email so I’m hoping they read these reviews and sort things out.

After contacting Zipper station on…

After contacting Zipper station on Instagram, their response was quick.
I was offered the same order to be resent. I received my order within two days and I am happy with the quality of zips

Zipper Station does not reply to emails…

Zipper Station does not reply to emails or social media messages from customers. I paid an extra £6 for next day guaranteed delivery and they simply sent it Royal Mail first class - that arrived the day after it had been guaranteed for. I had urgently needed the replacement zip which is why I paid the extortionate costs for guaranteed delivery. Poor customer service and would not recommend
