Zoe Kay Jewellery Avis 

Ordered a necklace for my wife a few weeks back, communication was good and tracking number was supplied.

Unfortunately the product was faulty, I contacted Zoe Kay with images and they quickly arranged for it to be returned.

Replacement product was delivered yesterday with no issues.

I’ve given 5 stars as the customer service was excellent and the issue resolved.

Highly recommend using this site.

I ordered a ring for my Grandsons 18th and I wanted it inscribed. I did get a bit worried when I didn't hear from them after invoice and I knew that I had a deadline so I popped them an email which was answered promptly telling me that order was on the way and sure enough it arrived next morning. They are a small company and probably don't have the staff to constantly tell you what is happening but they were lovely, polite and prompt on answering my queries.
The ring is even nicer than the photos and I am more than happy with it.

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Placed an order last Wednesday all be it late on. Still no delivery, no confirmation email of purchase sent either. Tried several times to contact and got nowhere. Doubting if I’ll get my item at all. Terrible company, do not use.

Easy to order, the ring looked better than it did in the picture and did not feel flimsy. I love the ring it's beautiful

Excellent customer service fast response to emails and extremely helpful, i would definitely recommend Zoe Kay and will use them again in the future.

Overall pleased. Communication was sometimes slow and delivery took a week from ordering. Item was as described.

This is just the best place to order from my husband passed away on the 9 December he was only 55 and he had a accident this place delta with everything and made it very fast and posted it out you wont get a better place to order from just the best and I will shop there again

i bought a necklace for my daughters 50th birthday engraved with her 3 childrens names on , the engraving was so tiny you can barley make out what it says and the chain is that thin i couldnt see it in the box untill i put my specks on . i paid £218 and the value of it is nothing like i paid , i have had to buy another chain for pendant at the cost of £125 to try make the necklace look like something better, as the saying goes you cant make a silk purse out off a sows ear !!!!! by the way i weighed the supplied chain in and got £10 for it , my advice is to shop for your special jewellery somewhere you know wont rip you off, avoid at all costs

I would not order ever again from this place .no correspondance other than thats your track number which didnt work .the item did arrive tho a day late after paying for next day by 1pm .present to late for birthday thanks for that .no email saying thanks for purchase ignorant company never again .£561 paid for this piece of crap that looks like plastic .its very cheap quality nothing like the picture .yes it has some description of it listed .however going to get it tested as i dont trust its all gold .garbage waist of 561 pounds

Got an email saying my purchase been dispatched with tracking number fast delivery would have got a 5 but chain a bit thin an light weight but am sure my daughter will like it would recommend putting weight in description’s

I very rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled to in this instance, as I am so very happy with the beautiful personalised necklace I ordered as a gift for my step-mum. It’s refined, elegant and stunning, and is even better in the flesh than on screen. My stepmum loves it too, so she’s as happy as I am.
