just wonderful! we had an issue with a bottle where WE had lost a part, meaning it leaked. Nicky in customer services could not have been more helpful, immediately sending a whole new bottle by UPS express delivery free of charge! Just brilliant, 100/10!!!

XD is a great website where you, as a supplier, can find the best gift items or inspirations for your customers. The service is out of this world, and I cannot say enough good things about them or their products!

I contacted XD Connects about a broken European adapter for my power bank, and Loraine from the product team responded quickly and professionally. Even though replacement parts aren’t normally sold, she went out of her way to find an adapter in their showroom and sent it to me free of charge. The communication was clear, friendly, and efficient throughout, and the adapter arrived safely.

As Xindao is a brand that pretends to have high quality standards, we have advised our customers purchasing Xindao branded mobile phone chargers (wireless).

We have purchased a large quantity of mobile phone chargers and eventually, the customer told them they are not working properly. We have tested them ourselves first, and indeed, the quality is poor.

They do not work for the listed phones on the Xindao website. The phones charge really slow that you keep getting a notification that charging is interupted. We have offered Xindao proof through the phone that the chargers dont work also. A iphone 11 that charges perfectly on different charges but does not work on the Xindao charger. Also Samsung S10 and Samsung S10 tested and videos issued.

Errors can occur and even Xindao can make mistakes. We have informed Xindao about the complaint and they have asked us to return them for testing. After a week, they told us they actually work perfect... No compensation possible however they have offered to give us additional sample budget for Xindao samples...

We have turned the offer down. We have a dissapointed customer and we agree with them that the chargers do not work. The whole issue has cost us tons of time.

We will think again once we offer Xindao products to our customers. Also we have decided to take legal action.
