However, it is our policy to assess the device upon inspection, and if we determine that the device is beyond repair or the repair is not feasible, there may be a charge for the diagnostics and effort involved in the assessment.

Regarding the return postage fee of £7.99, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. As stated in our terms and conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return postage for devices that cannot be repaired.
