Terrible

Sent numerous emails over several months regarding my pension annex from a dissolved marriage. Been fobbed off constantly with sound bites and guff. Running out of patience with these fraudsters. Will be turning to the ombudsman to try and receive the info required. Almost on a par with sky who are a disgrace.

The assistant

The assistant, I spoke to was very helpful and informative. She helped me with my enquiry and there was something that needed to be clarified she stayed she would get a manager to look at it. I received an email back, confirming what was required. The assistants name was Mary very helpful and pleasant. Thank you

Stopped the pension of an old man with dementia.

Stopped my Dads pension because a letter was returned , He attends day care is the reason he wasn't home, 92 year old suffering from dementia. over a year later and after being told he is still alive and saying his pension would start in january NOTHING! Come on XPS lets hear the excuses!

Very happy with the staff that dealt…

Very happy with the staff that dealt with me on the phone.
Each time was told the documents I need would take 10 working days by 2nd class post.
Twice now I have received nothing in the post despite email arriving within days.
Why do they not send them, or why not use 1st class so the annoying disappointment can happen sooner?
