I took the services for Germany opportunity card + Job assist for 3 months. My agent was Ravi Kiran—good communication skills and always showed professionalism over emails and calls. Process was smooth for most of the time. Response time could be improved; sometimes I had to follow up couple of times before getting an answer. The visa process was done my by me with guidance from Y-axis.
