**Subject: Complaint Against Y-Axis Immigration – Fraudulent Promises and Financial Loss**
Y-Axis is a fraudulent and misleading immigration consultancy. My experience with this company has been heartbreaking, and my husband and I have suffered a financial loss of almost ₹10 lakhs.
We started our process with Y-Axis about 2.6 years ago for immigration to Australia. Our initial point of contact was Amit Kumar. During the beginning of the process, they spoke very convincingly and promised us that we would receive job opportunities and assistance to move to Australia. Based on their assurances, we trusted them and proceeded with the process.
We completed our PTE exam and fulfilled every requirement they asked for. However, we never received any invitation from the Australian government. Later, the company clearly stated that they could not guarantee a job, even though that was one of the main reasons we had trusted them.
Throughout the process, we were charged fees at every stage. Another concerning issue was that the service representatives kept changing frequently. Whenever we raised questions about delays or progress, a new person would take over the case, making it difficult to get clear answers.
After waiting for almost 2 years and 6 months without results, we were advised to withdraw the Australia process and instead try for opportunities in the UAE.
Again, we were asked to pay multiple fees, including Y-Axis service charges and freelance visa costs. The company assured us that their team would support us with job searches in the UAE. Trusting them once again, we paid all the required amounts.
Unfortunately, the job search support turned out to be extremely poor. The team handling the job search was based in Hyderabad and appeared to have little understanding of the UAE job market. Their only action was to apply for jobs online without providing any real support or networking.
Based on their advice, we resigned from our jobs and moved to the UAE with hope for better opportunities. However, after staying there for almost two months without any work, we were forced to return to India. Now it has been around 5–6 months without stable employment.
My husband and I even sold our property and used our hard-earned savings to pursue this dream. Today, we are left with financial loss, emotional pain, and a broken future because of the false promises made by this company.
The people involved in our case included Amit Kumar, Ram Chandran, and others from the Y-Axis team who continuously gave us false hope.
I am sharing this experience so that others do not fall into the same trap. Please do not trust any consultancy that asks for large amounts of money without providing clear proof of job offers or guaranteed services.
Our hard-earned money and years of effort have been lost due to this company.
I sincerely hope others will learn from our experience and avoid making the same mistake.

Hi,
I hereby formerly acknowlege and accept the resolution proposed by yaxis on the Grievance raised by my brother for refund liability against the cancellation of his German chancekarte visa.
My negative review about Y-Axis has been a sheer frustation as there was a time when we felt little drained and hopeless due to their delayed response and ignorance towards our mails, skeptical behavior while addressing our request on refund liability on their part.
However after detailed discussion we appreciate that they understood our concern and their resolution team came into action and promptly resolved the issue and proposed the refund.
