Ya'lla Tours USA Avis 

Our trip to Egypt was simply stellar--The itinerary was everything we hoped for and more, our guides Issam and "Bob" were informative and entertaining and made for a memorable trip and experience. And the drivers were also amazing-safely moving us through the most chaotic traffic we've ever experienced. Highly recommended!

The guide was superb. Really knew her stuff. Excellent English. Patient with Questions. She was (in fact) working with government the next day as a direct interpreter to Prince Charles. The Bus was clean and well maintained. The restaurant selections were great. The classic cars were top notch with great drivers. Going to Tropicana was incredible. Yalla insured that we had GREAT SEATS. Yalla clearly did their homework and has found some of the best folks in Havana. Overall the tour was a full day and a great immersion of what is happening in Havana. The price was very good considering all that was included. Definitely a better deal and higher quality than those tours offered by the cruise line.

A couple of ways that this could be better.
- Our humanitarian out-reach was to see young kids perform in a circus. They were extremely talented kids and impressive to see. However, these were young children performing extremely dangerous stunts with no safety equipment (not event a cushion on the concrete floor or spotters for stunts performed well over 10 feet in the air.) While we understand these may be normal risks in Cuba, most in our small group were very uncomfortable with young children putting themselves at extremely high risk for our enjoyment. It felt unseemly.
- The pre-trip communications should have provided us with specific humanitarian gifts for these kids (for instance shoes and leotards.) Pre-trip suggestion were way to general (crayons, etc.) Also... security at the port does not generally let that stuff be brought into the country. We should have been informed that it is possible to bring a small gift or two through security (as one couple in our group was able to do) but a large bag of dollar store goodies is a no go. We ended up taking three bags of stuff back to the US with us and donated to a charity back home.
- We needed the bus at the start of the tour in order to store things that we did get through security and personal items. We had to walk around for several hours carrying a bunch of stuff.
- Needed to be more clear on who was and was not being tipped in our tour itinerary. For instance... tipping at restaurants was included. Tipping the classic car drivers was not. Would not have known except one person asked and our tour guide told us that Yalla had not provided gratuity for those driver. They were EXCELLENT drivers by the way.

Overall great tour by Yalla and would have been perfect but for the couple of issues noted above. All in our group would highly recommend.

Our guide was terrific. He was mindful of the fact that my husband doesn't speak Spanish and helped to translate with me.
He was considerate and candid. We did have some trouble connecting with him in the morning and it would have been helpful to have had the guides name and his phone number before we were expected to meet. A specific meeting place is always helpful.

The only concern we had was the tipping. Even though we were given a list of recommended tips we were unprepared for the pervasive culture of tipping for EVERYTHING. It should be included in the price in some way so that a person doesn't have to carry so much money around. We spent between $300-350 on tips which we had not planned on.

Fabulous to work with. They were very informative and quick to respond with my complicated file. I would recommend them and use them again!

An amazing experience of the world's longest living history! Our guide was excellent in bringing each of the site's to life for us. Our only problem was our lost luggage by Turkish Airlines on the front end of the trip, but due to the diligence of the Cairo coordinator, it was recovered before our Nile boat trip. We are living with wonderful memories of this excursion!

No one should ever have to stay at the sea of Galilee hotel. Unless they’re coming in very late and leaving very early the next morning.

The thing we hadn't thought about beforehand was the physical abilities of our fellow travelers on the tour. We would have preferred more walking and climbing to ruins, etc. but had to stick with the group.
I guess I just assumed since there is so much walking on a tour to Israel everyone would be in decent shape.

I had a small group requesting a Holy Land trip. I contacted Ya'lla Tours as I had met with one of the Sales persons several years ago and he requested that I try Ya'lla. Well I did and it was wonderful. They provided for my group a highly professional and knowledgeable tour guide, a wonderul driver, and everything went very well. Looking forward to working with them again. Thank you!

From preliminary arrangements till we returned home after 5 days in Cuba, everything was flawless!

We especially loved our experience with Ya’lla Tours because our tour guide, Ahmad Wassfat, was very entertaining, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped navigate our way through every aspect of our trip. All of the locations that we visited were amazing and very worthwhile! The hotel accommodations and the river cruise were excellent. The length of the trip was adequate as well. I would certainly recommend this trip.
I have one suggestion because it would have made things easier for us. If you charged $100 more a person and had the guide take care of all the tipping that needs to be done for the drivers and the transfer people, it would make that portion of money handling much nicer. I am not talking about the tour guide or the Ya’lla contact people. I realize those should be independently made. Anyway, this was something our group discussed, so I am passing it on.

Cuba was amazing. The flight into Cuba started with a perfect landing and it just got better each day. arie was simply the best. So knowledgeable, so patient and perfect at herding us cats. And our driver -OMG - he got us in and out of places,. Give him a HUGE raise!

Cuba was so open, so beautiful from the people, to the land, to the history. And the Cuba marriage - coffee, cugat and rim! Everyone should experience that at least once!

The project we visited changed my view of the Cuban people. The art project, the music if the guitar project - by far my favorites. The senior center tugged at my heart as I have been there with my mom!

Thanks to you all fir making this a very worthwhile trip.

In every respect I found the yella Cuba experience superior. Our leader was refered to as mommy do to the fact she was always there to solve any concern real or imagined that we had. I believe she worked at least twenty hours a day. All to make sure we enjoyed our visit and remained and felt safe.

Our trip was amazing!!! I wish everyone going to Cuba could have the same experience we did! Our tour guide Ari was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much about the history of Cuba. The only suggestion I have is that there would be a little more clarity about what to bring for the charities. For example, tooth paste is like gold to these people. Had I known I would have asked my dentist to donate toothpaste and brushes. I’m sure he would have done so happily! Having said that, our group as a whole were very generous, and the people at all the charities were so appreciative! I highly recommend Ya’!la Tours.
