SCAM

Scam company. I ordered something. I returned it - not even worn. It’s been nearly two months and I haven’t received my refund. Their customer service is atrocious. Please avoid this company.

SCAM - Still awaiting order over 1 month later!

I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive it! I had planned a matching family outfit to wear on Eid, which I did not get to do as the outfit did not arrive in time. Having initially thought customer service was very helpful in getting back, I was completely wrong! 1 month of the same message back and forth telling me they will look into it and 'check the warehouse', not only do they not get back to me when they say they will, I am having to chase it up! I would never order from them again and would not recommend it to anyone else!

1 month and still have not got my order

It’s been 1 month since my order and I have yet not received it. And customer service are circling around and says they can do nothing and tell me that I just have to have patience and wait. On the website it says 7-14 days delivery and now it has been 1 month. Don’t order from this company. They will take your money and not care that you have not received the package.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Liars and scam artists! You should feel ashamed to be called a muslim company!!! During Ramadan I made various orders and they promised it will come for Eid but it didnt, and its been 3 days after Eid and I am still awaiting 3 items of clothing to be sent!!! They are NOT RESPONDING to me! Taking too long! Copy and paste replies! Rude! They owe me 3 items that havent come and refuse to repsond/refund me! WHY! NOT ACCEPTABLE! ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! LIARS!

We DO NOT scam customers, and we take such claims very seriously. We are a trusted brand serving thousands of customers globally, and fairness and transparency are at the core of how we operate.

All orders placed before Eid were dispatched within our stated timeframe. Once parcels are handed over to courier companies, delays or losses can occasionally occur, which are unfortunately outside of our control.

During the Eid, our team was celebrating the holiday. As our staff are also muslim they have the right to take this time to celebrate with their families, which may result in slightly delayed responses during these few days.

That said, we always work with our customers to resolve any issues. Your case will be reviewed as a priority this week, and our customer service team will respond to ensure this is resolved appropriately.

Friendly costumer service

I ordered my 3 months old a wedding outfit
It was comfy and looked super cute.

Now I ordered him a eid outfit
It was shipped pretty quick but the courier lost it unfortunately so they shipped a new one now.

🚨🚨Yallaworld lies about refund 🚨🚨


I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I ordered items from their website, but I was not satisfied with the products and requested a return and refund. They responded to my email saying they would get back to me within 2–3 days.

It has now been over a week, and I have received no response whatsoever. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Ignoring customers after promising a reply shows a serious lack of responsibility and respect.

I am still waiting for my refund. If I do not receive a response and resolution soon, I will be forced to take further action and file a formal complaint.

I strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this website.

Yallaworld lies about giving refunds

I purchased two items from Yallaworld. They were too small and so I applied for a return and refund. Yallaworld approved the return and sent me instructions to return the items. Once they received the items, I inquired about the refund. They assured me that they were working on the refund. Now, a month and a half later, I have not heard from them. They have the items to resell and kept my money. Do not shop with them.

so reliable!

bought both of my sons eid thobe’s from here and they were such good quality and he received so many compliments. this was the only website we could find that did the thobe with pants for babies. he wore them at 3 months and 6 months! highly reccomend. when i was scared it wouldn’t come on time due to being international they made sure to reply to my email, address my concerns, and get it to me as soon as possible.
