Lots of help figuring out what to buy from Yarden. The only problem I had was with Federal Express. They were careless in handling, paid no attention to clearly marked "THIS IS UP" instructions.

Avocado tree arrived already dropping leaves. Now has dropped all leaves. Will see if it recovers. First time I've had a tree delivered that was in this condition.

Two lemon trees arrived in great shape and bearing young fruit!…
The two lemon trees arrived in boxes providing good protection from physical damage and the cold weather we are experiencing in central Florida. They even were bearing fruit and flower buds! About 5 one-inch fruit per plant Our friends who just moved into their Vero Beach home were thrilled to receive their house-warming presents. What more can I say!

Lemon tree came INFESTED with bugs
[Lemon tree infested with fungus gnats AND spider mites -- didn't last two months]
I ordered the improved dwarf lemon tree since the price was good compared to other stores. I regret not paying slightly more for to ensure the tree won't be infested. Now there are bugs all over my house and the tree is dying.
Fungus gnats have been all over the house since the tree arrived (it's our only houseplant) and so now I'm always swatting at flies that are annoyingly buzzing around.
While I was looking into that problem, I noticed fine spider webs on the tree, which I've since found out are spider mites. Gross!
I'd recommend going with another provider where you'll get a healthy tree and not have to deal with the headache of bugs in your house.

2 avocado trees for the win
Placed an order for 2 avocado trees but never got an email with the shipping eta, so didn't know when to expect them. When they arrived they looked well packaged and arrived in good shape but unfortunately one tree didnt make it thru the shipping shock and had totally died back within a few weeks. An email to customer support and with no hassle a replacement tree was received a couple weeks later and is doing great, thanks Yarden!

Should have stayed inFL awhile longer
My lemon tree was left by the mailbox on a frigid, snowing day. When I ordered it, I assumed you would ship when appropriate.
It has not yet recovered.

Admittedly, I was a bit scared ordering a tree online... but man was I wrong! Our blood orange tree arrived in great condition. The packaging they used kept the tree in great shape and it had no issues at the time of transplanting. We ordered a 3'-4' tall tree.... it for sure looked to be closer to the 4' size which was a plus. All and all, I would for sure recommend Yarden and use their site in the future.

Very good experiene except
Pro: The tree arrived in outstanding condition; packaging was very good. Price was reasonable with a good selection of sizes, etc.
Con: I never received a confirmation of the sale nor a notice that it had been shipped leaving me to wonder if there was some kind of miscommunication. I was able to verify that the payment was accepted. The only way I knew the item was on the way was a FEDEX delivery notification. Otherwise, I would have rated 5 stars.

Prompt order fulfillment. No email progress reports. The tree arrived with fruit and blossoms, looking very healthy.
I would like to see grafted dwarf combos for grapefruit (Ruby & Marsh)/Honeybell and an Avocado (Haas and large green skinned)/Valencia gold mango.
