Ordering was easy. I had first order introductory free delivery code and 10%off code to use but the website wouldn't let me put them in, everytime I tried it flicked off to the payment section, not good.

Awful
Awful. I bought a product via an Instagram link and didn’t receive my item and when I try and log on to sort refund, the site doesn’t recognise my details, neither does it let me set a new password. Despite this, I get a load of promotional emails from them so they have my details for the purchase. I have emailed 4 times with no reply. You can’t get hold of them!!! This site is a scam! I’d give zero stars if I could.
