So far so good, the website was easy to navigate and very clear. The price was clearly stated and no extras hidden or confusing discounts or misleading offers. Very happy with the ease of ordering. Just waiting to see if the products match the expectations.

Useless Mop
I ordered a mop where you just press it onto any cloth & it grips it or so I was lead to believe. It took quite a while for the mop to arrive and when it eventually did, I was extremely disappointed. It appeared very flimsy and when I tried to attach the cloths provided to the bottom of it, they just fell off. It doesn't work like they advertise & is completely useless. I then emailed customer service requesting a refund. The reply was completely unhelpful & after sending a 2nd email, they then replied with the same generic email but in a different language. Do not trust this company. They rip you off!!

Poor product, refund given
Advertised as an adjustable handled, multi purpose mop/ duster. Nothing like it arrived, it’s like a child’s toy!! Won’t pick a wet cloth for the floor, would need to bend over to use it, cheap tat which wasn’t cheap! Absolutely rubbish.
I did complaint & got a very prompt reply & their apology & a refund, good to know they appreciate feedback & do something about it, thank you.

This is a review at Yaycsrts request of the ordering process only as I have yet to receive the goods as I’ve only just ordered. The website was easy to navigate and it was clear about the postage charge from the outset. I amended my order and changed it back and the website amended the details at every change I made. So far, so good.

I love what I’ve bought but it took far…
I love what I’ve bought but it took far too long to arrive and the communication about delivery was poor. Then it was just left on my doorstep for someone to steal! Fortunately that didn’t happen but needs to be better support once the money has been taken. I won’t be buying anything else

Yaycart do play fair.
I received the promised floor mop from Yaycart and was so disappointed with the quality, or lack of it, it will go in the bin this week. However, this morning I got a message from Yaycart with an apology and to say they are sending a full refund. I had neither sought nor expected a refund. I think this is very fair and, if it arrives as promised, it only seems right to withdraw my original complaint and acknowledge the gesture.
