Fantastic customer service!
I ordered the stretchy plastic food coverings. They were really flimsy and smaller than expected from the advert. However, when I contacted the company, there was a prompt and courteous response and a refund was promised. This came through quickly. Although I didn’t like the product, I would have no hesitation in recommending the company as their Customer service is great and I would trust them to manage any issues well.

Customer service on point
Ordered 2 of the bathroom zip up toiletry bags which looked great on the ad.
I was disappointed with the product. They can hold products but the holders are not large enough to hold them. But they would be ok to use while away
Customer service was very helpful and sent a refund. So i can’t fault their attention to customers.

Very poor product and customer service…
Very poor product and customer service experience with my ordered Cobalt Drill Bit Set. They claim to cut sideways. They don’t. Yes they can drill holes as I trialled with 9mm plywood. But the do not cut horizontally. I emailed the customer service team on 26th Sept with supporting photo and heard zero back.
In future I’ll stay well clear of both them and their products. Both are shoddy.
