Somehow they got hold of my bank details and arranged to take payment when I have never heard of them or ever interacted with the company or authorised a payment. This is a very smart scam

I really appreciated the phone call to describe the fault of the TV I had bought just to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
I have no problem recommending this company to family and friends, and I'm happy with the OLED (screen burn)TV I bought from them.

Amazing TV. Excellent quality. Excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service, very helpful and polite, and answered my (many!) questions with clarity. The TV is in fantastic condition as described, even better actually since I have not so far seen the very light screen burn that was shown in the pictures. Seems like the display is in perfect condition, which is the sort of viewing experience I was (riskily) hoping it would be. So far, very happy.
Delivery was very fast, next day. Price was excellent. I have no complaints as of this moment and hopefully the TV continues in excellent condition. This tv has 6 months warranty for reassurance.
Thank you yellow electronics, and I believe it was Tori who I mostly spoke to, shout out to her and I commend the quality of customer service she provided. Others I spoke to were also very helpful, great service all around.

Good saving and great service!
I ordered an LG 43” Smart TV which I’d found at a good price. It arrived 2 days after ordering, which was a day earlier than forecast. The item arrived in its original packaging with an extra layer of inflated protective wrap as extra security.
On opening the packaging the item was as described with everything present - all in pristine condition!
I set it up and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service of Yellow Electronics. I’d buy from them again and recommend them.

Was all fantastic
Was all fantastic! Did some research before hand as I had never heard of Yellow Electronics. But the TV was in great condition, packaged almost as if new, and the delivery driver gave me a call 10 minutes before to check if I was in.
