If possible I would rate them minus. Terrible company. I spent over seven weeks deciding on my wedding dress, numerous emails to the company, ordered it, only to be told we don't sell it anymore, too many returns! Take it off the website then!! I then find out it's a scam from China. Seriously stay away they'll ruin your plans and mess you around. So upset and extremely angry.
This company buyer be aware. They are quick enough to take your money and not give it back. When buying from this company, the garments are not true to size, so I cannot understand why it says yelure uk. Your items of clothing does not come from the UK but China.
Not a good experience. I will not be buying from them again. They take to long to answer emails which is bad for customer service. I am still waiting for ny refund. Item was sent back in July, and we're nearly the end of August.
Never buy from here!! The dress I ordered was a completely different color than what was shown online and now they will not let me return it. They’re offering me $35 back for a deed that was over $100. I’m furious!!!!!

Dress took longer than stated to arrive by about 3 weeks.
Dress arrived, fits well and is in the style I ordered. Only needs minor alterations.
The dress took 4 weeks to come, then it had a stain and isn’t the measurements advertised for the size. Trying to speak to someone in customer service is so frustrating I can’t understand what they are saying regarding returns, they just keep asking if I want a part refund and don’t answer any of my questions. Will never use again
if I could i would give them -10. My daughter is still waiting for a response from the company, its appalling, she just gets automated responses and is well overdue a refund
Appalling customer service, received my bridesmaids dress yesterday and here are the list of complaints
1)stunk of fish
2)loose threads throughout the dress
3) dirt spots on the dress which could be mould
4)so badly made
5) wrong size been sent
6) the dress looks cheap and is NOTHING like the advertised picture!
The dress was really lovely and just like the photos. It arrived quickly as well. Good communication and customer service.
