I will never have anything to do with YKRA again.
I recently purchased a product from the Ykra.com website, with an expected delivery date by December 18th. For some unknown reason, the package was sent to an address where I lived 15 years ago and subsequently left at a nearby FedEx location. Customer service completely washed their hands of the situation, telling me I had to deal with it myself by contacting the courier to manage a new delivery. Even though I repeatedly requested a refund—since the item was intended as a Christmas gift and receiving it a month late made no sense—I still called and provided the correct instructions. Despite this, and in the total absence of any support from the company, the package was delivered again to the wrong address and left with a random person. I know this because I received the delivery receipt from the courier. The whole situation is absolutely embarrassing, if not an outright 'scam.' I will never have anything to do with YKRA again.
