Ymyhair Avis 6

I brought a water wave 360 wig from this company in August. It wasn't a full 360 it was a 13x6 with a bit of lace at the back. It was 180 density. It was difficult to style as it was too thick, dry and very frizzy. I ended up having to remove tracks to make it managable. It tangled really badly to the point it put me off of wearing it. It lasted a month before I gave up.
Unfortunately, I gave them another chance and ordered a body wave unit from them thinking the problem was the water wave. Well was I wrong. It was again dry, it tangled after 1st wear, the lace did not adhere to the glue effectively and it felt as if it was mixed with synthetic hair. I started wearing this unit on 7/12 and have now ordered a new unit today from another company. I don't normally leave reviews but their wigs are terrible and not as advertised.

I ordered the same item as my order last year but got surprised when they sent me a wig that was less than. It doesn't even fit my head. They wasting time trying to make me keep it and delay responses, playing games. Asking me if I want a $30 refund. I'm so disappointed. They just lost ANOTHER customer.

Prices keep going down every time I look at the site. They definitely lost their quality. My order came in and they don't have the cute little box anymore. It came in a bag. I'm done.

I placed an order yesterday and haven’t received any feedback or confirmation. When I search my order on the website it says my order doesn’t exist. I believe I’ve been scammed

I ordered from this company. I received a product totally different from what ordered. I made outreach and the first response was the company attempting to persuade me to try an alternative product. Meaning they knew full well that the product shipped was not the product ordered. When I declined, there was delay after delay with returning the product for refund.

Great experience with my first order from YMY! The gray highlights on black hair wig I ordered is absolutely beautiful! Shipping was faster than expected and I'm really satisfied with my purchase. Curls are so bouncy and gorgeous, and there's no smell! I also love that the black hair is actually black and not that brownish "natural" color all wigs come in. The color combo/blend is perfection! The gray could be a little more silvery gray as opposed to blondish gray, if that makes sense, but I think I can easily fix that quickly with a little toner/purple shampoo dip. If YMY could make this same color combo in a deep curl or jerry curly wig, just take ALL my money!!! *hint hint*

Great HD Lace Wigs. Very thick and full. True to length , i recommend purchasing !
